I’ve called 3 times to get my script faxed. The first girl that answered said she would give my request to an optometrist proceeded to say thank you have a nice day and then I asked “okay if I don’t have anything in an hour do I just call back” and then said “what’s your phone number and name. So didn’t even have my info needed.
Second person I talked too 4 hours later said they’d send it right now. Did not.
I called right before closing and the attitude I received was very much “why are you bothering me”. Could be better service.
Kennadee is the absolute best! I called asking questions. She answered every one of them and some I hadn’t even thought to ask. When I got there the process was very easy. The girl in pre-test was very bland but okay. Dr. Deng was professional and efficient but not very personable, again that was okay. And then Kennadee met me again and help me pick out the perfect pair of frames, with a second opinion from another lovely employee. She fit my glasses, wrote them up, I paid and was out the door! I can’t wait to get my new glasses!! If the lenses are good( I have been given not so perfect lenses) it will be the most wonderful eye glass shopping ever! And I think it will be!! Thank you!
Aly and Teresa are very helpful with picking frames and extra add ons for your glasses. I liked the optometrist as well. The pre-exam was pretty quick. Overall everyone helped get me out as soon as possible in the best way.
Teresa was amazing! She made finding the perfect frames such a joy and made sure to go above and beyond to get me the best deal! I’ll definitely be back ????
Danielle is absolutely the bees knees. My youngest was terrified. She's got a lot of anxiety and was really worked up. It probably took a good 40 mins minimum for my kiddo to relax enough for the eye pretest. Danielle was the best the entire time. She made Nikki feel safe with what she was doing ( like positioning the machine) and worked with me/Nikki the entire time. Everyone here is great but she's probably the most chill and my favorite tech we've had here so far.

What a joke. Made an appt told them i was coming for eye pain, burning and pressure. They said okay we will have to file under medical insurance for that. No problem. Show up and am told they don't accept medical insurance. Waste of time.
From setting an appointment, to having my eye exam done was a quick and easy process. Gloria offered phenomenal, sound advice when it came to picking and ordering my glasses. Overall the staff was friendly, and helpful. A+ experience!
