I made an appointment and went in today. I recommend this America`s Best, the staff are friendly, very professional and do excellent work in a timely manner (in and out less than 30 minutes). After checking in I immediately saw Alex the tech and then the optometrist Francisco Martinez, great job! Lastly I saw Lilly who has a great personality, professional, and I left smiling. The cost was less than I expected and they gave me a 10% Veterans Discount. Thanks to everyone!!!
Kudos to whoever manages this place because their staff is on point. Shout out to Deemarie for helping me out and doing the most. After a bad experience at the location down the road, I requested to have all my stuff switched to the Brooks location. I will never stray. Good job staff! Keep it up!
Came in for obvious reasons and left due to an exceedingly rude receptionist. Not sure why she's in such a bad mood or why she felt the need to treat someone she doesn't know like they were bothering her while she was AT WORK... But, Whatever. You guys want to have an unpleasant old lady being rude to your potential clientele, That's your decision.
I just went to Walmart. I'd rather give them hundreds of dollars in cash for a few pairs of glasses instead.

I am really happy with my glasses. I got 2 pairs, that are stylish and fit really well. Good quality too. I called ahead and got an estimate because I’ve had problems with my eyes since I was younger. I am so glad it was affordable and quick! Lily picked out what I was looking for and that helped the process go faster???????? THANK YOU
Highly disappointed. The initial exams were decent. I browsed the glasses in between the two. Once the last exam was completed, and I had the prescription. I continued looking for a frame. Which I had a hard time selecting. The girl just sat in her seat the entire time. She didn't bother to care to offer help finding the most suitable options ...much less explain what any out of pocket costs would be beforehand (which is more logical than the man up front just saying "you have $130 allowance on glasses"). Heck, it's probably cheaper to go in without insurance. Advertised is a free eye exam and TWO glasses for $79.95. Why with insurance?, would you bill my insurance for an eye exam of $69.99? I was also charged a $10 co pay. What also got me was the girl proceeds to tell me the total for some frames I selected which were $69.99- $79.99 I believe. I was like I'm clearly way under the $130. Nope. They wanted to charge me $130 out of pocket! For ONE pair of glasses?! With insurance!!!? Seriously? I understand the recommended blue lens and insurance adds to cost but if I'm choosing $70 glasses with an "allowance" of $130. It makes zero sense. It's was like $25, $45 additions, nothing crazy to add up like that. I honestly thought she was gonna tell me I could select another pair to get the whole amount allowed. Nope! Wrong. She wasn't very pleasant either. Just said "they gotta make their money too somehow". I even tried bargaining the price by removing recommendations. Regardless, I didn't have $130, much less $90. So I walked out with no glasses. ???? Guess I'll have to try somewhere else and pay out of pocket since they've charged my insurance for the exam here.. Idk what's even covered at this point or not if I go anywhere else. As it is, it's confusing enough. This was my first time coming to get glasses. I was left mind boggled because it didn't make any sense. I don't recommend it. Especially other comments are similar. If only I had read them sooner. I would've gone somewhere else.
This will not be the first time I have done business with this location. The service is always excellent. Today, was a little different. My daughter and I had a great experience from the time we walked in. The receptionist was on the phone when we arrived but once she completed her call (professional by the way) she assisted us with a smile. The pre-examiner was also very pleasant and addressed my daughter as expected. The doctor was also very professional and treated my daughter like a young adult. Very appreciative of his attention to detail. Then, when we were checking out. This is where we had the most fun! Calvin assisted us. He was very relatable and professional. I will emphasize he was being shadowed by Samuel and was an excellent guide. There was some issues with his PC lagging (probably should correct that for your employees) I was impressed on how he guided Samuel to find ways to extend savings to me. It’s hard to find employees that genuinely care about the cost savings for a customer. He was an excellent coach! Keep it up Calvin and Good luck to you Samuel!
i went in to purchase my glasses and Ms. D’Marie was an amazing optician! she was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out my frames.
