I came here to get my contact prescription renewed and the doctor gave me the wrong prescription (correct strength, but wrong kind of contacts). It felt like she was rushing through the appointment and that none of the other people working there had any interest in their actual jobs. They tried to add in multiple other services without actually mentioning that they were an additional charge despite me telling them repeatedly that I was ONLY there for a prescription and didn’t need any additional health checks for my eyes. I had to go back later for the correct prescription and the doctor didn’t see me till an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Overall just a bad time and they don’t care to do their jobs to the bare minimum standard.
Two hour wait for an eye exam (with booked appointment) is ridiculous. The appointment system is broken and there’s no accountability. There’s no genuine care for customer satisfaction anymore. This has been my worse eye exam experience in 15 years and I’ll be looking for a new store for contacts and eyeglasses. Definitely America’s WORST Contacts & Eyeglasses.
I had an amazing experience here. I am new to wearing glasses and did not like the way my frames looked and felt after trying them out for a week. I went in to complete a return and the manger made it right! I love the new glasses I chose and will bring my daughter back for an exam in a couple of weeks. Highly recommend!
This is my second visit here and let me tell you so far it’s been good! I definitely want to give a shoutout to one of the workers, Abraham! He is very sweet and kind, and he assisted me well. Whatever assistance you need he will for sure help you out with no hesitation. The other workers there are nice as well! Also they have very good deals and prices! So if you ever need a place to get an exam or some glasses/contacts this is the place to go!!
I had an excellent experience with Gary Martinez who helped me with my contact lenses. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to ensure I was comfortable with the fitting process. He answered all my questions and provided clear instructions on how to care for my contacts. Also the staff was very professional and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Came for my eye appointment. Everyone seems pleasant and professional. Kathy was very patience with me while I was trying to make a choice for contact brand and eye glasses. Great customer etiquette. I didn't feel rushed, no attitude from her at all . Thank you so much.
Nargiza is the best employee ever! She needs a raise right now and to be promoted. Love her. She was so respectful and made our time so fun. Such a sweet women. The manager John is also such a nice guy. Definitely recommend coming here!!

They are very thorough at answering all of my questions, and take such good care of me. I will keep coming here, forever! I recommend getting the membership, it is so helpful.
