NEVER AGAIN. The whole exam was so rushed and the lady never asked me any questions about my vision. She was inconsiderate and just wanted me out the room. It’s been a month and I have yet to receive my “trial” pair of contacts. I got my glasses about 2-3 weeks after my exam and they feel so cheap. Also, the workers are so rude. I was told one price from glasses and eye contact exam and ended up paying way more than I was expected to. Definitely not recommend.
Horrible I had an appointment for 1pm. I was in a meeting at 11:48am they called me three times in the a row even though I had decline their calls. I would have called when I came out the meeting in 12 minutes. Then when I did answer the receptionist calling was not apologetic at all. She sounded entitled as if they couldn't have left a message. I previously confirmed this appointment so I am not sure why they were calling in the first place. I have previously been there and took my children there but never again. When they have employees call you these places should teach professional indicate.
My first and LAST EXPERIENCE here because i will never go back to this location. The Eye Doctor was very rude inconsiderate. She’s so unprofessional she rushes through the WHOLE ENTIRE EXAMINATION. Ask you to read the letters and have you to identify which is better. For an example usually eye dr have the card labels as # 1 or #2 and they would ask you to choose which one you saw that was clearer. Well, not here She ask you which one is clear with an attitude. So you would have to keep asking her to keep flipping back and forward to identify which one was clearer. And please be mindful she’s rushing you out with in 20 minutes which is sad. I don’t even know if I have the right prescription because I actually do wear reading glasses and she didn’t even have that on there at all. I would not recommend this place at all. The smell was HORRIBLE!!! It smelled like something died in there.
Really didn’t like all of the inconsistencies.. I went back because I lost my eyeglasses and yes, the glasses were under warranty. My first visit the lady in charged told me the glasses were under warranty and could be replaced but I had to have an eye exam to get the glasses replaced. A few days later I went back and finished the exam, I was then told by a different person in charged I had to pay for the glasses because according to the person in charge, if the glasses are lost, the warranty is no good.. so why wasn't I told that with my first visit. I truly felt I was coned,,
I would like to give a positive review but unfortunately the workers are not very helpful, from their attitude, negativity, lack of customer service they make you feel very uncomfortable. I understand that they are offering a service that those of us who wear glasses need but they don't give us things for free, we pay for the service and they get paid for it.
The problem comes from the top because supervisors do not get involved in customer service, so workers have a bad day at home and come to take it out on customers . As a customer is not fair.
Update 4/7/23: A great experience, excellent service, products & prices. The optometrist, Ms. Emole Oyediya, was very respectful, answered all my questions, and provided great insight. Doris worked with me in selecting my contact lenses and glasses. She was extremely pleasant, shared great conversation, very professional and I was very grateful to meet her. Her mindfulness to provide excellent customer service was very apparent. She is a great spirit. The people here are always kind and I enjoyed my experience here once again.

Older Review: The folks working here are simply amazing. I have not experienced this good of service in years. I called with a simple inquiry, unsure if I was even serious about going. Matthew took my call, patiently provided a wealth of information. I then felt certain of my intent to move forward. Appointments can be made for priority consideration, or you can walk in.
Keith is the location manager and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well. The staffing I met includes Matthew, Keith, Joe-Nathan, Shanae, Brittany, Dr. Son, Ilse, Esmerelda. All of them have a fun, friendly, outgoing personality. Once I got to the part trying to figure which glasses were the best, a group of these amazing people helped me decide. They stood with me as I tried to narrow my decision down and gave their opinions to ensure I felt comfortable and was making the right decision. It was really a lot of fun. The prices are unbeatable. To save even more money, ask about and get the Eyecare Club. It gets you unlimited free eye exams for three years, plus discounts off your glasses and contacts, free repairs and more. It costs $99 for the three years, but one contact lens eye exam alone is $79, so it's just $20 more, plus, in the end, I actually paid less for my contacts and glasses using the Eyecare Club than I would have without it. Also, 2 pairs of glasses for $69.95 is unbeatable. If you get that deal, the glasses Eye exam is free. I assure you, the service and prices are unbeatable. I love this place.
Stopped in looking for help adjusting my glasses and Heather went out of her way to give me good advice. I left with my glasses feeling much better and a smile from the experience.
Great friendly service from the time I walked in the door to the moment I left. The doctor was very professional and the staff was very helpful and kind. I will definitely be back next year!
