Last glasses picture background is road. I purchase online, I DIDNT BUY FROM THEM.
Everything was good overall, but I believe they are trying to make money benefits from your glasses functionalities.
People who doesnt know what type of glasses functionalities I am going to explain.
* Single Vision--) Normal prescription Glasses types.

Regular clear color lenses
* Blue Light protection
This is protect good from electronic devices, basically if you look at 10 hour non stop laptop, probably after 3-4 hour later your eyes will feel pain. But if you have this your eyes will not feel pain you can continue to look at up to 10 hour(depends on person duration may change)
* Transitions
Turns Black or preferred color under sun light so it is kind of sunglasses and regular glasses together. Also different types exist you can see in picture.
* SunGlasses
Regular sunglasses with prescription or without.
I purchase everything together but they are not added blue light protection in it. I explained and they say no because of your old glasses frame color you assume, no because of your bla bla.
Now I am sharing the pictures and you guys give decision.
My old glasses and new glasses I purchase both has extra lens on top. Blue color frame is my old glasses and black color is new.
As you can see in pictures, blue color frame regular lens get very blue under sunlight. And that one extra one doesnt since I didnt put it.
But black color frame glasses it doesnt get blue and it shows directly white color both of them. Even it is exist it is so low quality value. They are trying to save money.

Last glasses picture background is road. I purchase online, you can see blue light cover under sun. How good it is, so do not buy here, buy online or somewhere else, they do not provide good quality glasses lens and frames.

On 9/28/24 I purchased eyeglasses for my Grandson and my Granddaughter. I paid $378.95 for my Grandson’s eyeglasses and $392.95 for my Granddaughter’s eyeglasses. My Grandson’s eyeglasses came in before 14 days. My Granddaughter’s eyeglasses took 5 weeks to come in and they both had the same prescription. I had to call the office to get a status for the delay. The manager left a voicemail for her to pick up the eyeglasses. When she gets to the office she was told that the eyeglasses were discontinued and that she had to select another pair of eyeglasses. I asked why were the eyeglasses on display if they were discontinued? No one answered. Horrible communication! Unacceptable delay s!
Jen was AMAZING! She took the time to really explain to me the insurance side of my transaction, she was upfront and very helpful! She was so kind I was having a rough day and she really lifted me up! Keep up the good work and thank you so much for your kindness and help!
I have gotten glasses here multiple times before. I rarely had problems and those that I did have were handled pretty well.
My most recent visit was nothing like that. The new staff is awful. They did not call me when my prescription was ready, I had to call and ask them. I told them my previous glasses broke over the phone and was asked to bring the broken pair anyways, just in case they could help. All the attendants did was act rude and laugh at the fact that they were broken. When I finally got my new glasses, the person helping me to adjust them was very apathetic. They did not bother to tell me that the glasses were not sitting on my face correctly (one arm was about 2 inches higher than the other) and it felt horrible to wear once I tried to straighten them out.
Luckily, I was able to get someone at another location to resize them helpfully. I was far more comfortable with another person working on my glasses. They were actually helpful and made sure my glasses weren't completely lopsided when I left.
I will not come back here again. This was just the worst eye doctor experience I have had in the last 20 years.
My doctor retired and I went to American Best to get a prescription. After 2 months I still haven’t received the correct prescription. Doctors don't care. I was surprised that the doctors here check very quickly and not carefully, it’s obvious. Usually, when I went to see my doctor, before he retired, he checked me for about an hour and checked my vision very carefully and using different devices. And here it happened for at most 10 minutes. That is why the prescription is written incorrectly. They gave me the wrong prescription twice , where I was seeing double and I was driving a car. They could have made my eyes worse because of the wrong prescription. Also, the staff (women) have their noses up and look down on you. I felt uncomfortable there. I won't go there again.
Dr. Papazian was terrific with my daughter an I, but I've got to tell you, that Jen is amazing! Professional, friendly, witty, and such a personable lady. She figured out the best deal for all FIVE pairs of our glasses. She definitely deserves a huge pat on the back... and a raise would be great too! ????

I’ve been going here for almost 10 years now and have always had a positive experience every single time. I’ve been here MANY times due to lost or broken glasses. There have been times when my year warranty has expired where Mike and Randy have gone out of their way to fix them for me. Great guys, They are the reason I give 5 stars. Also they come back pretty quick when ordered or repaired.
