Best WLM Reviews
Amazing customer service. They helped me with my child the first worker gave him crayons and a color page and sat with him. The manager played with him while I was being checkout. Another worker carried him until I was finished with my glasses. Definitely will go back. Very friendly. Hailey was very helpful with explaining pricing.
Excellent Service!
While visiting from out of town, we accompanied our brother-in-law to this store so he could place an order for new glasses. While waiting for him, I found a pair I liked and was pleasantly surprised when they fit me in for an eye exam that same afternoon. The staff went above and beyond to assist both me and my husband. Sam, in particular, took the time to show us various options and was incredibly patient with us throughout the checkout process. With so many choices available these days, it can feel overwhelming, but Sam was not only knowledgeable, she also offered thoughtful suggestions for each option. We left feeling confident in our choices. Our glasses were shipped directly to our home and arrived today. A huge thank you to Sam for all your help!
My husband and I have been here two years in a row and both times were great experiences. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the exam is quick and painless. We will definitely be back for next year's exam!
I used to go to Stanton Optical, but after going to America’s Best I will never go anywhere else. The professionalism and care they put into the exam process is amazing. The doctor I had was thorough and explained things well. Kudos to Sam & Hailey for the help!
This place is incredible! Best experience with i eye exam i have ever had. The Dr was friendly, professional, and very informative. All the ladies that helped were nice and friendly. Aidan was the sweetest and most helpful in getting my glasses ordered!
My husband went in to get glasses. When they came in I picked them up for him. One eye was not correct. The girl that took the glasses back told us we need to see the dr but they could not schedule because their schedule was full and October was not open. I asked at this time if they would still be covered. We were told they would be. Finally got scheduled for October 26 when a Dr is actually in office. We went in today and they lost those glasses. They tried to bill my vision ins as a whole eye exam. We said nope and that this was a follow up. When we went back to the fro t to get a new pair of glasses, Brittany (manager) was so rude and let us know that they would not replace the glasses they lost. We then bought a new pair with all that we wanted. Brittany called us to let us know that she would refund us. We said no because we only wanted what was right. We will not be back ever. Double billing insurance is part of the big problem.
Today 11/11/24, I went in for an app for my 13 year daughter. Appointment was at 5pm so we were there at 4:50pm, spoke to the guy who checked us in, asked our name, and if we were using insurance to which I answered yes and he had me sign a paper. It was 6:10pm. before we finally get called into a room. Mind you our appt. was at 5pm, so I'm already irritated. I noticed the lady doing things I haven't noticed done before and she makes a comment about how we had to wait the least amount of time, which of course I didn't think was funny. Then I finally realized the "Dr." was on a screen on the wall. I ask her "is there not a Dr. on site?" She says no they haven't been able to get a Dr. I told her " shouldn't this be mentioned when I made the appointment " to which she replied "well, you signed a paper saying you agreed to a remote visit ". First of all, I spoke to two people on the phone, plus the guy at the counter, then to the lady who does the air test. None of these people thought to verbally tell me there was no Dr. on site. If I was handed a paper while being asked about insurance, yes I signed it, but I really suggest you train your associates to verbally speak it out loud to customers and tell them no Dr. is on site, before wasting basically 2 hours of our time. I told my daughter to get up and we left, highly disappointed. My daughter has had some issues with her vision so I find it necessary to have someone there in person. Had I know this information the appointment would never had been made.
Let me start by saying the lady at the front desk was great. The lady doing the screening for the eye doctor needs more training on customer service. She is rude. They could not figure out my insurance it took about 4 day's for them to call me to pay the difference. Then, about 1 week to come in. When I picked my glasses up today, I told the lady I could not read anything with them on. They are reading glasses. She told me to start wearing them tomorrow. If I still can't read anything with them, then for me to call them. Will update after tomorrow if I can read or not.
