Best WLM Reviews
I had my annual eye exam here and the tech, Crystal, was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable, explaining everything thoroughly. She kept it fun - her sense of humor and playful fashion immediately putting you at ease - while maintaining a reassuring and professional demeanor. The doctor was friendly, efficient, and very personable. The whole office staff were helpful and even were able to have my lenses replaced in my signature Prada frames, where other offices couldn’t. I highly recommend this office and will definitely use them again for my eyewear and checkup needs.
Appreciative for the help the other day here. Had a professional exam and assistance in picking out a couple new sets of glasses for a great price. Kierra was very professional, helpful and shared options with out a pushy upsell.
This will likely be the easiest review I’ve ever written. The entire staff, from front desk to eye tests, were an absolute joy to be with. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable with regards to their inventory and options available. I had a very small budget to work with, and while I wasn’t able to get all I wanted, we worked through a few options until I was able to get all I needed and nearly within budget. The wait time? What wait time? There wasn’t any. My glasses are finally in frames I’m not embarrassed to wear. See easy, I know it was the best experience I’ve had of it’s kind bar none. Highly recommend you give them your first attention.
I have been a loyal customer of Americas Best for a long time. The last time I went (in 2022), I had a bad experience. The Dr. was not rude but definitely not nice, the lady supposed to help me was very un helpful and rushed me out the door when told I had a limited budget and couldn't afford upgrades. HOWEVER, I decided to give them another chance, and I am so very glad I did! We had Fiona this time (Super awesome lady), and she helped us decide from the many different frames and options, answered all our questions patiently, and helped me get the best deal possible. I had a better Dr this time too. The receptionists have always been kind and ready to help every time I've been here.
Wonderful experience today with picking out new frames and lenses. They have so many styles and options, including name brands such as Oakley, Ray Ban, and Nike. Less expensive than others places, and Fiina was extremely helpful and took great care of us. Can't wait to see how my glasses look in two weeks.
Fiona was so very helpful. She got us in for an exam at the last moment of the day and expertly and kindly navigated multiple insurance plans to get us the very best price possible. 5/5! Happily recommend!
Worst customer service! That front desk clerk Luz really hates her life and job. The moment we walked in she had a horrible attitude. I booked my appointment 2 weeks ago and was told they took my insurance. I called them the day before to confirm, took time off work for this. I get there and she immediately told us we were out of network. No empathy, no apologies, no emotion, she was a freaking robot!
I see this is her common behavior of hers based on other reviews here. This company needs to fire her asap! Horrible lack of customer service.
I somehow made it on vacation without my contacts or glasses, but needed a new prescription anyway. Everyone at America’s Best was helpful, kind, and funny. Much nicer than my eye place at home in WA. I had such a good experience I wish I could always come here for my eye exams and needs. Thank you for making a frustrating situation much better.
