Edit: Shortly after I made the review below I was seen. Let me tell you who made up for my frustration- Bailey the Assistant Manager was incredible and made the 1.5 hour wait worth it. She was kind, funny, and very supportive. She helped me pick out my glasses too! I also met who I believe was the GM and she was wonderful too. I will be coming back because of these two amazing women. Thank you ladies!
What’s the point of creating an appointment and filling out my paperwork online if I’m going to show up on time and wait almost an hour for Pre-Testing and then another 30 minutes to see the doctor….? That doesn’t make any sense to me. I would choose another location and definitely don’t schedule your appointment on the weekend.
I had been struggling with replacing the nose pads on my glasses, particularly with the small screws and the replacement pads that I had bought at Walmart. I decided to take a chance and stop by America’s Best for help. I did not have an appointment and it was during a very busy Saturday afternoon. The staff was very helpful. They replaced the pads with some that they had which were a better fit than the ones I had bought. They also readjusted the frame that was slightly bent. Thank you very much for your help! I highly recommend them!
I had an amazing customer experience this past Saturday (day after Black Friday) and I hope this review helps others. The whole process was seamless, great team from admin to tech but a big shout ou to Marjorie! She was awesome for going above and beyond to take care of me, by overcoming an obstacle when the GM and Asst weren't available. She deserves a promotion!!
Twana was so sweet, she didn’t rush me or make me feel like i had to make a decision.
She helped me pick frames and I love them. I honestly hate going out nowadays so I was dreading going to get glasses but she made me feel so comfortable and was easy to talk to. Thank you for your help and making the process so easy you’re the best :,)
Last year we switched over to America’s Best and I’m glad we did! Every time we go in it’s a pleasant experience. My very timid 7yo loves coming in for her eye exam. Front desk staff was awesome with looking up my insurance since I couldn’t find my card. Tech and doctor were so friendly, patient, and amazing with my daughter. Twana (hope I’m spelling it right) was such a great person to talk to while she checked us out.
I had the best experience with Twana! She was so nice and helpful with ordering my contacts. Her positivity and awesome personality made my day!! Looking forward to working with her again with my next visit.
I have loved coming here ever since I lived here at rockwall.
But not anymore, I've been having a lot of headaches because my prescription changed, and I need a different amount. I have been calling the store to ask about whether my contacts were ready yet. It's been a little over 2 weeks, so I was starting to get worried it wasn't in the store yet. If it wasn't, I would have to get it to another store because I really need my contacts. Unfortunately, the person who picked the phone was someone called Giovanna. I was appalled when I came to pick them up and was told that she was the general manager. When I asked Giovanna about my contacts, she said they're here. Literally, the only thing i said to her that set her off was, ' I would have appreciated if i could have gotten a call'. I felt upset because I had asked them if they could please let me know as soon as they get them because I had awful headaches. To my surprise, Giovanna screamed on top of her lungs, " They just got here!". I was already having a headache, so i just hung up on her. She acted very unprofessional and lacked empathy when I specifically mentioned to her if they could call me as soon as they get them. And she never did! I have to drive over 35 minutes to come here because in my opinion they offered the best customer service. But not anymore. Especially when i just spent 400$ on contacts alone. The rest of the staff is very nice, but their management needs to change. Their general manager has trashy and unprofessional conduct.
The service I received from Giovanna was efficient, competent, and pleasant. She gave me god information and did not pressure me to add all the extras to my glasses knowing I use them on a limited basis
