Very good experience. Since I walked in till I left the place. Robert the person who I saw before seeing the actual Dr. Is very friendly and courteous. He checked my eyes and explained everything as he went along. The whole staff is amazing... Most of all Dr. Krinkey. She is a beautiful person. I don't want to leave Edwin (the manager) out. Edwin helped me with a refund and gave no attitude.. Beautiful people All in All, excellent service!!!
I had such a speedy experience! When I went to pick up my glasses, Kimberly was there to help me out. She not only handed over my glasses but also shared some great info about what to expect. I really appreciated the fantastic customer service right from the moment I walked in!

I was very nervous and in pain because of my existing conditions. He was so sweet and understanding. He was even helping me move around the store. This young man was extremely patient with me and was checking on me. I've never met someone so empathetic, caring and kind in The service industry. I hope he reads this. You made my week. God bless you young man. You are the heart of that store. And you've got brains to back it up.
Two stars for the good experience with pretest&doctor. Zero stars for the very rude sales associate. I have her name and did email corporate with the details. However, I assume this location is aware after reading the other lower starred complaints. There’s a sales associate that clearly contorts her face to make these facial expressions that are very rude and downgrading. The way she speaks to customers is completely off putting. Don’t ask her questions about anything because she becomes super defensive for no reason!! If a customer says that they’re not trying to argue with you and trying to understand, you should probably rephrase your explanation because it sucks and your job is to provide customer service. Get rid of this girl. Ruined the entire experience.
What is the point of scheduling an eye exam at a certain time if they dont honor it? I waited 15 mins past my scheduled time because thats as much time as I was willing to waste. Im pretty sure I could have been waiting another 30 mins or longer if I hadnt left on my own. The other thing that pisses me off is they sent about 15 reminders of my appointment time! This is specifically for the one by Basset Place. Horrible!
Robert M. went out of his way to help make my experience easy. Putting in extra steps to help me get my insurance information and his patience was amazing. Awesome customer service. My day was made!
I love this place. Props to Yareli, Pricilla for making me feel welcomed. The staff are all really sweet and very professional. The place is clean and atmosphere is great. Second time here and will be coming back
Worst experience I have ever had at an optometrist. Waited one hour to get no where. Then as it was going to be my turn they let someone that was 30 minutes late jump ahead of me. Poorly managed and their system jumping from one doctor to another is so out of date. Do not recommend!
