I needed to replace my lens only…..I priced around at 3 reputable companies…. All replied They couldn’t replace without a purchase of a pair of glasses purchased there. Americas Best does it ALL ! ! Whether you purchased your glasses there or not, they replaced my lens and was half of what I expected. I will definitely purchase my next pair of glasses there, they had such a wide variety. PLUS… excellent customer service!!
Best customer service I have ever had at an eyeglass shop. Lori helped me throughout the entire experience, looking up my insurance information and helping me pick frames along with finding me the best specs for my prescription. Amazing experience. Don the manager was gracious and offered assistance any way he could. Overall I highly recommend simply based on experience. Will provide more on equality of glasses once they arrive. Ordered two pair.
Don and Jessy are the best! I came in with broken frame that was beyond repair. I had no money to buy new. They took my old lens and found a new frame they fit in and did this free of charge! I can see again! Very kind nice people! So happy!!
I had a wonderful customer service experience here because of Abby. She was so kind, full of information, and helpful! The glasses I got didn't fit right. They squeezed my head, and it hurt. Anyways, she helped me pick out a new pair, and it was covered under the warranty. Thank you for your help and kindness!

For two weeks in a row I was disappointed. First I scheduled an appt for like 3 weeks out for myself and my two boys to get eye exams for annual check up. I got constant reminders for the appts. When I went in they told me it was too early for my appt to be covered, but if I came back next week it would be covered. My boys were fine and could get theirs. So we stayed and did their appts. Why they did not once call me to tell me that my appt was not covered when they were sending so many reminders? I work in a doctor’s office and we verify insurance for each patient prior to their appts if there is problem we contact them right away. I rescheduled my appt for the next week since my husband had his appt then. The next week we get to the appt and they neglected to tell us they were running way behind, like more than an hour. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere for exams. The gentlemen doing the pre exams is very rude and unprofessional. He will constantly tell children in the waiting area to quiet down or settle down. While I understand the children don’t need to be running around (trust me mine know better) it is not his place to tell to other peoples children what they should be doing.
