Never have I ever walked in to a well managed eye doctor. From the first step I took I was valued as a customer. Receptionst was able to fit me in as a walk in so I didn’t have to schedule to comeback. She explained the cost and that they waive eye exams when we purchase glasses. Didn’t take to long for my son to be seen. After we were able to choose 2 pairs for 69$ they do also have packages to add to your lenses but I opted out we just needed basic lenses. I was very impressed on how the lovely lady helped us and how satisfied I was as a customer. Thank you all for a wonderful experience I will be returning!
I've been going America's Best for years but this is the first time at this location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Avendano explained everything to me as far as my vision and Estella did an amazing job explaining in lens options and what I needed. Great experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend!
Best service I’ve ever gotten in regard to my daughter’s care. Make sure you ask for Mari as she was very welcoming and professional. My daughter wanted contacts as well and Mari gave her a private class and was very patient with my 11 year old. I highly recommend 10/10.
Best experience and customer service ever!!! Mari helped me during my visits, she made me feel so comfortable by answering all my questions. She had so much patience with my children. I highly recommend this eye optical and recommend customers for Ms. Mari she goes above and beyond for the customers.
Doctor Avendaño was absolutely amazing, by far the best eye doctor and so incredibly patient. She made me feel very welcomed and treated me with such respect and kindness. Will definitely be coming back to her!!
The ladies in the front were great as always. My daughter broke off the screw on one of the hinges on her glasses, and Estella was quick and very helpful. She had my daughter's glasses fixed in no time. She even went above and beyond and adjusted my glasses as well (figured I'd ask as I was there). Her going above and beyond truly made this visit special.
Loved my experience at America’s Best with Doctor Stephanie Avendaño. Doctor Avendaño was very sweet and knowledgeable and made my daughter and I feel very comfortable and welcome. Estella was also very helpful and sweet as we ordered our glasses. Definitely recommending America’s Best to family and friends!!
Great service! We have been coming here for years. Nice and friendly staff. Doctor is very caring and explains everything. Rey helped us with the buying process and went over all the details with what we were being charged and what insurance covers.
