Best WLM Reviews
The staff is friendly and helpful. Angelina was especially helpful. She led me through the process of selecting the lenses that would be best for me They took my insurance and their selection of frames is fantastic.

We have been customers of America’s Best for years and have never had such a bad experience as we did today. Typically we are in and out, waiting only a little longer when it’s busy. Today’s appointment for my 5 year old was three hours. THREE HOURS. She did have what they call an “extended visit” because it was her first time and she needed to be dilated. But three hours?! Completely unnecessary and unacceptable. The staff were nice and ended up giving us a discount due to the wait, but I just can’t get over the wait time. Being in a doctor’s office setting with little kids for one hour is hard enough. Three hours is torture. Not sure if we will continue coming here. And I'm only rating it at a 3 (versus lower) because of our positive history with the place.
Worst place to buy eyeglasses, rudest costumer service ever. I received a message twice saying my eyeglasses were ready, and most likely the incompetent lady that works there took things personal and just says that the manager is going to call me when they are ready. Do yourself a favor and have no business with them. You are paying for something and it looks like you are asking for charity. I will update this with the names of the worst costumer service people ever met soon. I haven’t receive my eyeglasses and still waiting for the “manager” call
It's been almost two weeks since my trial lenses were ordered, but nobody there will answer the phone or return my messages to see if they have arrived. One lady was extremely unprofessional while I was there, as well. Both in front of me indirectly, and towards the young lady she was "training".
I had a wonderful experience just as I did a few years ago when I went last! Outstanding customer service from the time I went through the front door and excellent service from everyone while I was there! I will highly recommend people to go there for sure! Keep up outstanding customer service! Thank each one of yal!
I am rating this place a 2 because I had a virtual visit with the eye doctor and the tech that performed all my tests was extremely rude. She never smiled and was exasperated when the doctor asked her to redo a test bc it wasn't done right the first time and when I asked a question she just ignored me and at the end she said the sales ladies would answer all my questions which meant she really DID hear me and was flat out ignoring me. I won't be back and my friends won't either.
My appointment was at 10:45 and the technician in the back had no help and was overwhelmed and no help. I was there for 3 hrs I will not go back again nor will any of my friends and family. Mrs Propst
