Best WLM Reviews
Star and Debra are the most patient and amazing doctors at this location. I would strongly recommend them due to how sweet and caring they are as I try to learn how to insert and remove contact lenses. It is a work in progress, but thank you, thank you, thank you. I highly recommend them at America's Best! Wonderful staff!
My daughter was getting contacts for the first time today and the entire team was patient and steadfast. She walked away with success! Our whole family uses this location for our eye care. Thank you Americas Best Moorestown Nixon Drive!
we had a great experience today at this location! yacoub helped me and my mother get exams & purchase new glasses. he was very knowledgeable & was able to suggest styles, lenses, and gave us a bang for our buck! we're regulars here but the staff always treat us amazing & keep us coming back. choose this america's best every time!
My son had a great eye exam with Dr. Wadas, and ordered two pair of glasses with the fantastic Help from their staff.
HORRIBLE! Made an appointment for my daughter's initial contact exam. The exam went fine but when it came to her contacts they said she had to come back for the contact class. Wasn't happy since they knew this was a 1st time contact appointment. Made the appointment for the next day and just kept her home from school. Show up to the appointment and they informed me that the person that does the class did not show up. When I asked if anyone else there can show her how to put in and take out the contacts I was told no. Ive been wearing them myself for over 30 years and said I would even take responsibility for teaching her, that was also a no. So it was a compliment waste of time and her missing a day of school. All of this was after buying the eye care club also. We will NEVER go back to this location.
I have been a loyal customer at this America's Best for years, usually receiving a courtesy pair of contacts when my prescription expired to tide me over until my next appointment. However, during my recent visit, I was surprised to find out that my prescription had expired and, upon requesting just one pair of contacts until my next appointment, I was denied by the manager due to high demand. Despite explaining that this was a new policy to me and expressing my need for the contacts for an upcoming vacation, I received the same refusal. I reached out to the Cherry Hill location and they were able to provide me with the trial contacts until my next appointment. In summary, I recommend steering clear of this location. #THEYNOTLIKEUS
SAVE YOUR MONEY! I bought 2 pairs of glasses from here and less than 5 months they fell apart!! On top of that they tried to charge me more money for a new pair! Go somewhere else. I'd give no stars if possible.
The care of the tech in the doctor in the back for the examination was professional and complete. Afterwards Ashley helped me with my purchase of glasses formed me of all the deals available the best way to process with her help I decided to pair was affordable. Great service and help is always I've been using America's best for years now I recommend them to many and wouldn't go anywhere else. This was their Mount Laurel location.
Back today to pick up 2 pairs. As always excellent service from all. Even managed to repair old pair that I thought was hopeless. I cannot say enough about the Moorestown location been coming here for years and never been disappointed. I always recommend them to everyone I know.
