Always loved this place! Got 3 pairs of glasses from them and 2 eye exams over a course of a year. ALL glasses are still in tact and working well, idk why people complain about their glasses breaking so much. It’s free to fix them, and then if they can’t. They give you a highly rated place instead of telling you “it’s your problem. deal with it”. Always will go back to this place. Cheap, Kind, Great people, Good service, and did i mention the people were amazing??? 10/10 staff!
They got me in quickly, I drove from an hour away so I was very early for my appointment. Ended up getting done with everything by 8 minutes after my actual appointment time. The staff was great, the doctor was amazing and Jada helped me efficiently and she was so nice. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you Robert Anderson as well for being so awesome! I will definitely be coming to this location from now on.
They sent me a text message that my glasses were ready for in-store pick-up. I asked for them to be delivered. They then made me wait over an hour in the waiting room to pick my glasses up. I finally got frustrated and asked the front desk about the problem to which they replied that they shipped my glasses directly to me. What a waste of time. The sunglasses I bought from them broke within a week. I only put them on and off in my car with light use. Go to this place if you like getting treated poorly and paying for broken glasses. I won't be back.
Terrible experience here. Scheduled an appointment for my 6 year old. She’s having a hard time seeing in school and so I chose a place that had immediate availability. That should have been my first red flag. Online it has me put in her birthdate so I thought there would be no issues. We get there and check in. Insurance is figured out and we are just browsing. About 10 minutes later they call us up to tell us the tech does not feel comfortable seeing someone so young and they send us away. This was so important and now I’m left scrambling to try and find somewhere else. My child was heartbroken because she already picked out frames while we were waiting. So I guess if you have a minor don’t take them here because they will just waste your time.
My initial visit went fine, glasses were way more than I anticipated but not much I can do about that. However, I received a text that my glasses were ready so I checked to see what time they closed and it said 7pm. I rushed over there after work and arrived at 6:57 and they were closed. There was no one inside at all so I am pretty sure they had been closed for more than just a couple minutes. Very disappointed because now I have to wait till the weekend to pick them up.
They was very detailed and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable selection of products was not limited at all and the turn around I feel is very quick I believe in the tune of two weeks out should be getting glasses and trial contacts. Overall happy with my choice of business.
Not sure why I kept dealing with americas best. I found a new eye place. Just not educated. There have been many issues over the years. Came in with 2 little kids, waited 30 mins to get my new glasses adjusted. First staff member adjusted, cleaned the glasses gave them to me. I told her they are still loose.Tried 2 more times, finally gave the glasses to another member, still was not able to do a simple adjustment. But glasses were returned to me “wiped”. I was upset about the time wasted for wiping them but yet adjustment was complete crap. I do not need my glasses wiped 4 times and they still have smudges on them. I finally left the location as my kiddos were getting fussy and I couldn’t believe no one was able to do a simple adjustment.
Not a professional place whatsoever. Federal way location told me “yeah we don’t do that” when I called to ask if they put prescription into a sunglass frame. Tacoma location said yes they do in fact do that. Locations are not on the same page of what is offered, staff can’t adjust glasses. I will no longer be coming to America’s best. I will no longer recommend this office to my family. If you are looking for an eye doctor please do your research and avoid americas best. They are far from the best.
My mom and I went in for an eye exam and glasses. All employees were really nice. Cort helped me at the end picking my glasses and really explained and described what was going on with our eyes, very helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back to this location ☺️
