After having a bad experience with my walk in appointment at Stanton Optical on 80/30/24, which ended up turning out to be a disaster, I was very lucky to get an appointment there yesterday on 08/31/24 for an eye exam and to get new glasses using my Superior Vision insurance. I was able to call them the day when I came home from my fiasco with Stanton Optical and ask them to put me on a wait list for any afternoon cancellations. Luckily, they called and got me in for an appointment yesterday at 3:20pm and I was very happy that they were able to see me for an eye exam and and to get new glasses. The appointment process took quicker and the service was much better than expected. Dr. Patel was awesome and she was very thorough and informative during my eye exam. It was wonderful to come to a place where an eye doctor is present and not off site. I was very impressed with the customer service given at my appointment yesterday. I will definitely be coming back to America's Best for future visits. Thank you for making my visit with you a pleasant and friendly experience.
Had an amazing experience. Norma was a great employee. She had great customer service and explained everything to my son about his contacts. Thanks you! I'll be back soon with the rest of my family
Always a great experience visiting here . As a last minute appointment genesis did my exam and made me feel welcomed . Shared some laughs had some fun conversations made the visit friendly and professional.
Afterwards the doctors who helped me understand the health of my eyeballs also made me feel very welcomed . I didn’t catch her name but she helped me understand what’s good and bad about my eyes and I’m very thankful for that . Lastly I was checked out by Presley who helped me understand my insurance and how much they would cover . Because of all the information she gave me I was able to pick out my everyday glasses and a pair of sunglasses for a good price . Can’t be more thankful for everybody that helped me out and they will always have my business .
America's Best gave me exceptional service. I got the prescription sunglasses I needed at a good price. They were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.
Great place! Sabrina has an excellent team. Presley and Channell are superb opticians, Destiny’s knowledge in contacts is unmatched. Isabel at the front desk is very sweet and Teddy the tech is the man!! Dr. Patel is a master at her craft, very impressed. They were also training new employees while I was there and I am confident that they too, will achieve greatness. If you have eye care needs in San Antonio at an affordable price, look no further!
I just had the best professional customer service experience in my life in Eyewear thanks to Sabrina! She helped me find a cheap and affordable price for contacts. Sabrina listened to my predicament in having neither glasses or contacs, terrible vision, and being a phlebotomist. I exclaimed how difficult
it had been to draw blood from patients with my visual impairment for the entire day. So she threw in a complimentary set of contacts to have while I wait for my order of contacts to come in!!! I'm so grateful, thank you Sabrina!
Anthony
Anthony, my sales rep was very patient while I selected my glasses, kind while explaining the features for the glasses, and quick in completing my sale. He made my experience of getting new glasses, very pleasant. Honestly from the time I walked in to the time I left, I felt relaxed because of the wonderful staff.
Presley welcomed me when I entered the store, checked me in. She gave me a brochure showing me the options I had for purchasing the "Pair" glasses. I was extremely happy with the service I received. Will be a repeat customer.
