The service is amazing, I got my lenses tightened and my nose tips (don't know what they're called but they're the things that rest the glasses on your nose) exchanged for silicone ones for no charge whatsoever. The two people who worked on my glasses, Jaym'e and Miss Mary were excellent! I've never had a bad service run in at this place.
Amazing experience. Eye exam only took about 20 minutes. New glasses arrived at the location about a week after purchase. Great pricing for the lenses and frames. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend going if you need an exam or just new glasses.
We had such an amazing experience today at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses at 5308 Westpointe Plaza, Columbus, Ohio! Not only was their staff/doctor so nice, friendly, and helpful, but they also did an amazing job explaining everything to my son that just started experiencing vision issues. I was able to quickly and easily make an appointment on their website and Sahara was so patient and helpful during the contact training class and we got a trial pair of lenses so he can try them out while waiting on glasses to arrive and for me to possibly order more contacts when we go back in a week for a checkup on them! Both my son and I are very pleased with their services and pricing!!
I had an appointment 2 days ago and had the BEST experience with this location. From the time I walked in the door until leaving my appointment about an hour later. The manager was fantastic, staff was great and easy going, and the prices were amazing. Walked away with 2 pair of eyeglasses and a pair of sunglasses for under $300. I will be returning
I expected to get two pairs of glasses for 7995 including eye exam. I left there paying $100 for an eye exam and no glasses because I was told with my vision it would cost three to $400 for one pair that’s ridiculous. You should really let people know that they will be paying way more should have known as too good to be true. And by the way, my vision is only bad because of aging that’s it.
The customer service from every team member here was top tier. My appointment was set for 11:00am and I was seen right away. The doctor was very pleasant, professional, and patient. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and personable. Thank you all.
EXTREMELY kind staff and very helpful. One of the staff members helped mediate a situation with clients who spoke very little English. Easy to book your appointment online and keep with the same timeframes. Overall visit was about 50min long. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t have a personal optometrist.
I went to pick up my contact lens. The lady handed him to me and walked away. How's the weather? Aren't y'all going? Give me any instructions on how to put amendma on my eye and take them out. She says well you couldn't see a demonstration if you go to the Web. Well, I mean, what do I do when I get my contacts? Take them out. She didn't give me no case nope. Fluid or anything until I ask for very improvational. Yeah, she just handed them to me and walked away like I know what to do with them? Well I don't care for that, but I made it. I chose to go there cuz. It was close, but I think I'll take my business else there elsewhere. When needed?
