I have been visiting this location for about 5 years, now.
I recently had my eye exam and had the pleasure to be assisted by Melanie Pagan. She is very welcoming, friendly, professional, super helpful and very knowledgeable. Melanie assisted me with my glasses selection. Making sure I felt & looked confident with my choices. She also selected two beautiful cases to match my readers. Melanie is simply the best!
By the way, everyone else has been welcoming and pleasant as well.
This location is clean, neat, and organized. Making the experience a lot easier to navigate.
I finally found an eye doctor office that I love. Jill helped me with the appointment and even helped me pick the cutest frames that fit my face so nice. She was very polite, and went out of her way to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. I will definitely be sharing my experience with my friends and family in hopes they go here too. Thank you again, Jill and americas best team.
Absolute worst customer service! Called ahead of time to buy my son's contacts and was told he needed an eye exam when he was just seen 2 months ago. Come to find out somehow he has a duplicate account. So I pay over the phone for the contacts so I don't have to wait, she says she'll leave them at the front desk. Go in and she tells me to have a seat. I try and explain that I paid already and was told they would be ready. Finally I guess a manager comes over and is like they're right here. Pure incompetence but I guess thank you to the manager.
I have been visiting this office since "2022". Everyone in this office is attentive & efficient at their job. I am very picky & the Assistant Melanie was very humble & patient. The receptionist Charmaine is an angel. I have seen the same Dr. & every prescription worked for me on the first try. Thank you for your extraordinary customer service. Lizette ????
Never coming back. I had worst experience last week. Had a remote exam and it didn’t go well . I was in there for 2 hours. Retook several exams for the doctor and still failed with their system. They told me to come back another day. I came back today for rescheduled appointment and was 15 mins late. They canceled my appointment. At least the courtesy to call or also try to accommodate. The individual was not helpful.
Would have given it a 5 star but for one LYING employee who wanted to get out AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING - so she just pretends she can’t find me. I connect with the provider and gave her the phone - she disconnected the call and said the provider hung up!! You gotta do better than lie through your teeth Jerusha!! You cost me an additional 90 mins before someone could see me and she did the job in FIVE MINUTES flat!! Great place!! Highly recommended! Hopefully no one else has to go through the BS as some person wanted to get out AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING !
Had an appointment at 12:50, arrived at 12:40. Was taken to pre check in but nobody spoke to me after for an hour. While speaking with other frustrated patients in the waiting room, I was informed they were waiting there for hours. I've never had this experience at any America's best location and with no communication from staff. An hour after my appointment time, I saw an opening at the woodhaven mall location. I booked it and walked out to head there. At another location, my exam and purchase were completed within an hour.
If someone could have just mentioned they were a bit behind, that would be a different story but instead the eye doctor shut herself in the exam room while two other employees chatted in the other. All while people waited hours to be seen, even with appointments. 0/10.
I had a great experience at America's Best getting new glasses & contacts. Jerusha Nelson went above & beyond to help me fit the 2 pairs of glasses in my budget & pick new frames that fit correctly that I loved. I will definitely return to this location.
