WORNING!!!! The night lady was very nice and welcoming. The room was ok. However the next morning when I was cleaning up I moved the pellow.. I almost puked. There was dirt hair looked like dead bug and blood smeared in the pillow cases. I went to talk to the front. I was just going to inform her that they need to clean the rooms better. I wasn't even asking for a refund. She was on gard the time I walked. I told her what I had found in my room. She told me that her staff does a very good job. That I was making it for a free room. I told her no and went to shoe her pics she wouldn't even look at them. She told me to leave and never come back. Couldn't even talk to a manager. She literally told me shut up and leave now!. VERY DANGEROUS AND DISGUSTING. Needs to be shut down for health code!!
Owner of hotel kept hanging up on me and not checking the room for my ID and I just moved here from out of state. Stayed here the last 6 weekends with my boys and was going to continue to use them. Don't go to this MOTEL the whole place smells like cigarettes and weed and everything is broken.
This place was so nasty. Me and my kids took a bath and pulled down a “clean” towel and a USED CONDOM fell out of the folded towel! When we checked out I asked for a refund and they pretended like they didn’t know what a condom was and refused to let me talk to a general manager. They said that they took my information down for a GM to call me and of course I never got the call. Called them a couple of days later and they said sorry were not going to do anything. They claimed that their house keeping is clean but it’s 100% not. Refused to give me a corporate phone number or even speak to the GM. Thankfully the used condom never touched myself or my children but imagine if they accidentally touched it and got some type of STD. I don’t know what I can do but I will be taking legal action and report to the BBB if this situation isn’t resolved. DO NOT STAY HERE! Yes it’s cheap but 100% not worth the money. Absolutely nasty and unsanitary conditions.
We booked through expedia because they said this hotel was pet friendly. When we arrived the woman at the front desk was unbelievably rude to begin with when we followed directions on the sign to pick up the desk phone and call for service. She then said they ARE NOT pet friendly, just dog friendly. CATS WILL BE REFUSED even if service or therapy animals with papers, doctors notes and prescription for the service animal. Ok, so we say you wont allow us to check in, fine then dont charge us we will go somewhere else. She then refuses to cancel and told us go to expedia. Expedia redirects us back to her number. I call and say please cancel as you wont allow us to stay. She said ok and HUNG UP ON ME. Guess who charged us anyways, and then pretended not to know what we were talking about when we called her. ONLY REFUNDED BECAUSE WE SAID WE WERE GOING TO BRING THE POLICE TO HER FRONT DESK! Hung up on us and played dumb when we called back. Save your money, your hygiene, and sanity and go somewhere else. This place is sketchy and they will steal from you.
Edit: I read the other reviews and I can bet that someone will try to say this is slander or not true I have screenshots and proof. Don't try me.
This place got me out of a bind. They had availability when no one else did. They accepted my dog and I. The price was fair but you get what you pay for. No toilet paper, no towels, small shower. Not ideal but I'm thankful. Thank you Ameri-Stay!
The place was nice it was okay, I helped one of my homeless friends out for a shower and then they kicked me out of the place... Very rude and disrespectful people.. I have a friend in line of suing the place. Taking away my rights as American citizen
I really appreciate Dina, Dee and Eddie. They are very kind people to me in difficult times. All of them accommodate my requests and helped me out in various ways. I appreciate the cleanliness of my room and I especially like their ac. Some places do not clean the ac but they clean it very well. I definitely recommend this place to stay.
Disgusting!!!!! Lady upfront was nice though, our rooms were dirty, and it smells like cigarette smoke really bad. We turned on the AC and it smelt like mold, The person that was next to us had the TV on loud all night and there sketchy people walking in and out of the motel and sitting outside, The doors from the outside don’t even lock so anyone can just walk in. I would not recommend this place at all.
