Let me tell you about this place all the care about is money and if you have kids Don't go there they will yell at you for the kids being kids. 1 they told us weekly rate 405 the next week it was 500 they week after that 600 then the owner wife is the biggest rudest person you will ever meet we lost power and than the refused to open our door to let us in trust me this hotel had roaches coming out the outlets behind the head boards. The only thing is the location is great and under new management it would make a killing in cash but who is running it there isn't very good this would be the last hotel you wanna stay out
This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had . The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not ever recommend staying in this hotel. It's also very dirty and the room we were put in had a broken bathroom door handle it was missing and I cut myself on it luckily it wasn't one of the kids the picture in the room was also broke. I didn't pay my bill the minute they wanted me to so they shut the electric off to our room. The make owner also screamed at a visitor because he couldn't tell him our room number. He also screamed at my
daughter and my husband. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever your better off to go down the street and stay. I was charged 560$ a week to stay there. I was quoted 440$ but when they found out we would be staying awhile they charged us 560$ I could go on
My stay here was alright…I didn’t like that they didn’t come clean my room during my week and a half stay. My son spilled juice on the bed so I asked for new sheets. The housekeeper was yelling at me saying they don’t change them until a WEEK. ???? she then assumed my son pee’d the bed and I stated it was juice. My first night she also accused me of smoking in the room!!
I don’t know his name, but the owner was very nice and welcoming the whole time. My interactions with him were always good. BUT his wife(I’m assuming) was NOT very friendly. She as well tried accusing me of smoking in the room but blamed the neighbors as the ones complaining about smelling smoke. (The neighbors NEVER said they smelled smoke coming from my room) it was all made up. Her vibe was not welcoming AT ALL. She seems very VERY racist ‼️‼️ my interactions with her was not friendly, she never spoke, she always looked mad and irritated with my presence. I felt watched every time I went to my car. She made me very uncomfortable. But other than her, my stay there wasn’t too bad. ????
Nice comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. It would be nice to have breakfast or at least a deal with McDonald's for a breakfast sandwich. All in all my room was nice.
0/0 Rating. 10/10 Do Not Recommend.The only thing that was correctly advertised was the 24hr service desk & parking. When we arrived at 11pm the lady at the front was not social at all & acted as if we were interrupting something. We get our room, floors are dirty, sink & mirror had toothpaste & make up stains all over. There was hair in the sheets, towels, tub, washcloths, floors, just everywhere! One of the towels had a dried blood stain. The comforter looked like it hasn’t been washed since 2004, lint balls and like wood chips stuck all to it. The fridge duck tape strapping in place of wire brackets to hold items like condiments drinks etc. There was this small device on the tv that appeared to be a camera? covered that up quickly! Water was ice cold, no matter how long you waited. The faucet in the tub shot out a gush of brown, pond like water. The shower curtain was pink, grit & grime on the shower head. The curtains were slashed & paint stained. I did appreciate that there were no bugs found, but it’s probably cause they didn’t wanna stay there either.
We stayed here 11/10 and 11/11. On the morning of 11/11, there was a knock at the door at 10am saying it was time to check out. We were on the way out anyway so brushed it off. On the evening of 11/11 we checked in again and the lady said she had proof that we had smoked in the room the night before which was a total lie. We did not smoke but she kept insisting that we did. She then moved us from the room she gave us originally to the room we had on 11/10. I assume to see how many people were with us because a crowd walked in behind us that was not with us and she told me if it was more people than I stated I would have to pay extra. The room is disgusting. Towels stained with holes, shower curtain stained, lamp rusted, 4 mattresses propped outside the window needing to be dumped. Would not let me pet cricket stay in this hotel but unfortunately there are no refunds. We were harassed and called liars and forced to move rooms with an insistent knock on the door. They need to rethink this business and get some customer service skills and clean up. -1/10 stars.
Room was a little shabby, says no dogs yet there was one yipping for a good while in the room next to ours and fur balls on our bathroom sink and floor. Bathroom was tiny and a few of the guests there were a bit on the iffy side. Looking like zombies and meeting with people in the parking lot. Convenience was good though. Right next to food Lion and a convenience store close by. Had to leave home pretty quick like, so me, my man and our 3 kids ( 5 and under) stayed the night. It served it's purpose and staff was kind at check in
If you like to feel Springs in your mattress, this is the place for you! Bed was very squeaky and we weren't doing anything sneaky. Guy at front desk was friendly. We arrived at 2am on a long road trip and he quickly got us a room. Place needs updating.
