I bought the 10 piece whiting fish dinner for my family to eat and a fish sandwich for myself. The dinner came with two large sides. I got fries and okra. My family all enjoyed the food and the sandwich was really good. I would definitely recommend Ameen’s for good seafood and I’d go there again.
Disappointed is a understatement…after waiting 20mins for a shrimp Poe boy, to receive 2 shrimp that had been sliced in half to to create 4 shrimp which then caused the batter not to stick…just a mess …& then didn’t even have the decency to remove the tail end…what a waste of money & time!!!
My new favorite spot.We just moved in the area and have been eating there ever since. I LOVE THEIR FOOD! Wings are the BEST I’ve had!!!!!!! Yes…even better than JR CRICKET’s and American Deli hands down! Outstanding customer service as well. Great prices too. LOVE THEM!
I’ve been eating at this restaurant since 1995, probably earlier. Please remain. The Atlanta I grew up in and with has been lost to time, and returning evokes painful memories.
The last time I was at the restaurant was in August. I ordered the same fish platter my grandmother ordered when she was alive. The food was nostalgic , a bit different but nostalgic nonetheless.
Please remain a staple in the West End, or what’s left of it.

I ordered Fish from Ameen's Fish last week and it was clean, fresh and very flavorful. I loved it, in fact I've been there three times without planning to and each time the fish has been consistently delicious and crisp. If you have to wait that's a good thing because your fish is being made to order. Located two blocks west from West End Mall. Believe it.
Great prices. Very good wings, fish was a bit dry, good rice and sweet peach drink. It took a while to get the food out and wish seats weren't fixed in the ground so that they could be reconfigured for larger groups more easily.
The fish was greasy and over fried with absolutely no flavor!! The portion size was small but the price has gone up. I use to love coming to Atlanta to visit Yashin but I won’t be coming back to Ameen! Nothing good about my experience. Wish I could have left zero stars.
When I came asked for a shrimp po boy for one they didn’t even have the sauce for my sandwich and then she didn’t tell me that it was going to be Baby shrimp and my bread was so soft and soggy
