Best WLM Reviews
If I could give no stars, I would. This theater was absolutely disgusting! If it wasn't for spending $75 on tickets alone, I would have left without viewing the movie. They had no food options but stale popcorn, limited drink options. The theater and bathrooms were so dirty! The seats were old and broken. The theater smelled terrible. Never again.
It’s always a great experience every time I visit with my family or children. I love the seating in the hallway and the layout of the rooms along with the decor.
The theater feels like an enormous living room with the plants, chairs and little trinkets to create a personal experience.
Overall a great place to chill, relax and enjoy a movie.
Came here at the end of august with my boyfriend and a few friends to see the dragon ball movie and we all had a pretty good experience. The theater the movie was playing in was nice and spacious, they had a nice selection of snacks at the concessions. The theater as a whole was very nice too. Would definitely come back again.
The theater was filthy! Walk in, and there is a pile of popcorn on the floor in the outer lobby. This trend continued throughout the theater, popcorn, and other snack trash everywhere. The ladies' room was over flowing with trash and all over the floor. They were also out of artificial sweetener for their diet sodas, not that this affected me personally but seems really odd, but they had a sign posted about that. What they didn't have posted was that they were out of plain Coke! How do you run out of coke flavoring, but the machines could still make the flavored ones?! I have never seen this place in such shambles. Highly disappointed.
I have never been so disgusted by a bathroom in my life. Not washing my hands seemed a better alternative to touching anything. Papers were simply thrown on the floor, toilet seat covers in stalls were tossed on the ground, trash cans were overflowing. Completely disgusting - and this wasn’t at the end of the day, this was at 2:30 in the afternoon.
The price was great, good customer service. I rated it 4 stars because the place hasn't been updated in decades. Everything was clean and orderly but the ladies room is like a dark tunnel. It could use a renovation and the steps and half steps in the theater are hard to negotiate with your hands full. It is a 45 minute drive for me and I would go back if they were showing a movie I wanted to see.
Second time drove here to see a movie in the last month and when we arrive it's showing on the website as showing. But when we arrive it has been canceled because demand for a bigger box-office film needed the theater. So we drove here approx a half of an hour with our Granddaughter twice and been disappointed. What did we get for our trouble and inconvenience....
Yeah your right, I don't knownhownthey get away with doing this here. From the general manager...it stinks, I am sorry.
That's it!
Never coming to voorhees ritz again.
We hadn't been here in years, but went this weekend because it had more seats available than Somerdale, now I know why. The theaters themselves have never been anything special, as my wife put it, it's the best that the year 2000 has to offer, and that really says it, old style seating crammed in, everything was dirty, the movie picture wasn't very sharp, and the most frustrating was concessions. So, this particular theater used to have really cool concessions, in fact that was kind of the only thing that made this theater worth visiting - coffee shop and bakery inside. Now AMC owns it and AMC is terrible, easily the worst theater chain around and their only contribution to the theater when buying it was literally blocking the coffee shop with big cardboard billboards of movies and understaffing the concessions. I'm not even kidding when I say it was a 30 minute line to get popcorn and soda. Soda machines and ice weren't maintained, bathrooms were filthy, and the theaters themselves are basically the worst ones you can find in the area. To AMC, please do us all a favor and just file for bankruptcy, to everyone else, just go to Somerdale.
