We have used this location a couple of times now. We LOVE how friendly the staff are. Wait times are similar or shorter than other Urgent Cares in our area. I love that they are doctor/family owned, not just a corporate conglomerate. Quality care, they accept most insurances. I would recommend them over any of their competitors that I've used in the Owasso area.
This place is absolutely amazing!! I was so scared to go and get blood work done, but wow! Ever since I walked in that building they were so kind, caring, and most importantly gentle ! 10 out of 10 experience.
AMC Urgent Care exceeded my expectations! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. This clinic took the time to listen to my concerns, and do the proper testing that I needed for an accurate diagnosis. They were very professional, and I’m so grateful that I trusted them with my care.
Always as nice as they can be, even when busy. Sure wish fellow patients would be. Folks, wear masks when you're coughing phlegm on us, ok? Yeah, don't if you have a broken toe, but common sense, please? Treat the nurses like people.
I had to get stitches removed and they were very diligent with the procedure. I was seen in a timely manner and they gave me great recommendations for scar recovery post-stitches.
Staff is really caring and the doctors are very good. I can trust their diagnosis, and I'd medications are prescribed, they always work.
We have been to.several other urgent cares, but this is by far, the best one!
Both doctors seem to really care and take action with the issues. Even had him come back the next day for a recheck. Came back for the recheck and the wait was really long but still the same care. So worth the wait.
I have used this urgent care for the past year. I have had great experiences with all the doctors expect Dr. Parnell Adams. He does not listen when explaining symtpoms and degraded me when asking questions. This recent visit he kept telling me that should be vaccinated with the covid vaccine and since I was not he would not treating my symptoms. I asked for a new doctor and he proceeded to yell at me and not give me a new doctor until my mom stepped up and told him we were leaving. Very poor experience and disrespectful to patients. The staff was great and displayed very good bedside manners.
