The whole family was there, including me 2, and we loved an excellent movie.
We used Fandango to reserve which we liked because it saved us time and we bought 7 entrees. including children, the dresser was good, and we had free refills! with any purchase of large popcorn.
Parking was comfortable. and all very exact.The only thing we didn't like is that when you go to most movie theaters they have large movie posters and a corner with a background to take photos. and family ads which is what kids love. I think they are losing the essence.Please pay attention to that because if I watch a movie I can watch it at home. but when you have an experience at the cinema where you take photos! with signs and large photos. of those in the movies you create memories! in the cinema
I would have liked to give it 5 stars but I give it 4 because everything was perfect except that.
Very nice good quality theatre! We got in on a Monday afternoon and it was pretty empty. Staff were pleasant but very scarce. Good quality drink machines. The seats were nice and very spacious, comfy and they reclined. Lots of legroom and not too congested it was a good theatre. We definitely enjoyed it! Only giving 4 stars as food was pretty pricey. Otherwise we enjoyed it and would come back again!!!
I really enjoyed the movie tonight. The curly fries and barbecue brisket sliders were tasty. It would have been great if it was cheaper. The staff was amiable which I appreciated.
I went to the theater to watch a Sunday afternoon showing. The theater was conveniently located and easy to spot from the road. Parking is mostly to the right side and towards the rear. If you drive a compact car there are many spaces up front but if you drive a normal sized vehicle you will not fit and need to proceed back. We had a few minutes' walk and the parking was not that visible on entering the plaza.
We had tickets from online but we still had to go through a line, which included a concession stand whether or not you wanted a snack. It wasn't that busy but if it were I could see the line may have taken a while as people were both showing tickets and buying their popcorn and soda, bagged candy etc. The attendants were friendly and helpful.
The theater itself was well-organized and had comfortable, spacious seats. There was a fair amount of space between each row. We also got tickets for a particular seat. Some were labeled and some seemed to have lost the numbers, another seat had mixed up labels showing two different seat numbers, but the system of numbering was easy enough to count out. The row was about 10 wide.
The film quality was acceptable. It seems it was something from the vault which we knew. However the quality was commensurate with the old technilogy, not a digitally remastered one. I have not seen other movies there so it may be particular to what I went to see.
Overall it was an entertaining experience and a nice way to spend time with loved ones. It was convenient and now that I understand the parking flow and ticket counter situation, I will be sure to arrive early again for a leisurely check in and seating experience.
Outside had trash everywhere .. looked like maybe a raccoon or something got into the trash .. ya no
When we got into the lobby there were napkins and popcorn and trash on the floors .. when you got to the beverage station napkins everywhere .. napkins in the spill bins of the machines trash on the floor. And the restrooms look untouched for the entire day there were maybe 4 stalls that were usable. The theater had trash from previous showings on floors and cup holders. This used to be our go to cinema.
Waited over 20 minutes for food only to be told partial of our order was on the counter cold. Then we had to wait longer for our other order. We cancelled our order and given poor service. The outside wasn’t even clean. Popcorn was scattered all over the entrance floor. Do not go here. I recommend going somewhere else.
Very nice staff but inside was not cleaned. Our seats were covered with popcorn and wrappers. Spilled soda in the holders
I was visiting last night to see Wicked, Saturday 11/7. The girl who was taking the tickets was on the phone entire time and was very rude. When I went out to get more popcorn , I told her I was going to get more. She was looking down on her phone before rudely looking up and sighing her head in disgust and shrugging her shoulders as if I was bothering her. Terrible customer service! Do not be working with the public if you are going to be like that . Also the theater was very cold and felt like there was no heat on! Terrible experience
