Pro tip: the parking on the back of the theater is actually closer from theater 1-6 than the AMC parking structure.
I love the sound system here, I can actually hear the dialogues from my movie, what a concept. A disappointment, I assume all theaters have layback chairs with foot rest, well this theater doesn’t.

None reclining seats are very uncomfortable for 2 hr long movie..

This place has the worst service. I remember someone told me my pretzel was going to get eaten because they didn't like the time I showed up even though it isn't their ticket. They aren't even aware that they show 30 minutes of ads before the film even starts. It seems like there is always some sort of issue. They can forget about me returning.
I just love AMC Theaters because they show bright and fun movies with action and entertainment. They also have delicious popcorn and so many great soda and slushie options.
This review is a tad bit late but I gather, from other reviews, that nothing has changed, so I'll post it regardless. I had my 1st (and only visit) to this theater about 5 months ago, because I happened to be in the area and a film I'd wanted to see was playing with a convenient start time.
By and large, the staff were friendly and pretty helpful. The food from the concessions was typical AMC fare and subpar quality, so nothing great there. The restroom was a bit unkept but not filthy. As far as the auditorium I was in, that's where all the issues are: the seats had to be the absolute WORST & most uncomfortable I've ever experienced in ANY movie theater (even those of run of the mill, small theaters like the Logan in Chicago and Pickwick in Park Ridge). I felt nothing but hard metal right underneath my knees, so I literally had to sit halfway OFF of the seat JUST so I could attempt to get thru the entire movie. It was also sweltering hot (like 90 degree HOT) and I did have to wipe down the cupholder, arm rest and seat itself, as it was quite dirty.
As I stated earlier, I ATTEMPTED to stay for the entire film but the pain on my knees were just too much to bear, so I left about an hour into the film.
I love the location and the fact that the patrons that go there are very well-behaved and courteous (at least in the auditorium I was in). But I just cannot recommend AMC Randhurst, ESPECIALLY to individuals who may suffer from issues with their legs or back, as you will suffer IMMENSELY, watching a movie while attempting to sit in those seats. Unless a substantial upgrade is performed in those auditoriums, I will not return.
Theater was disgusting, when ordering popcorn there’s popcorn all over the place. Went to the bathroom and the bathrooms were disgusting with no hand soap. When I got to my seat there was leftover garbage on my seat. Will never be back. Plus none of the seats recline
We went to amc last Wednesday, July 19th. There was a friendly staff at the ticket office to book tickets. I was able to sprinkle as much butter as I wanted on the popcorn, and I drank the drink freely by touching a machine that I couldn't see in Korea. The screen in the movie theater was good because it was big, but the chair was so upright that there was a little inconvenience of watching a movie. But the sound was so great that it was really good!
I think it was an optimized movie theater to watch Mission Impossible.
It's the greatest cinema I've ever been to. Delicious popcorns. You can also buy the ticket online and it's comfortable for you.
