I’ve been here a few times since moving to the area and it’s always a nice visit! The theater is pretty big and usually kept clean. Lots of things to purchase as snacks at the concession stands, and the theater has stadium seating, with super comfy seats that recline and have a leg rest which is so nice! They have wheelchair/mobility impaired seating areas which is also great for those of us who need that, at least some of the time. I got a bad migraine during one outing and was sitting outside my theater and the security staff came and made sure I was alright which should be the rule not the exception but I appreciated it regardless since it’s the 1st time I’ve had an issue and the person I came with was still watching the movie at that point.
Went to this movie theater last night to see Wicked with my daughters and their boyfriends. On a positive note, the seats were comfortable, the sound system was excellent, although too loud for me we experienced it in the IMAX theater. I have to say I was absolutely appalled by how the garbage cans were overflowing everywhere, the floors look like they had not been vacuumed and I don’t know how long, the bathroom was filthy. Additionally, the counter, particularly where I went by the butter area were also filthy and disgusting. I don’t go to the movies often and it’s been some time. It was surprising and disappointing quite honestly.
I do not remember ever being this way because if I did, it would’ve never left me.
Please hire more help. With the cost of going to a movie I would assume you could obtain help for a competitive salary. How about tuition scholarships or reimbursements? Not sure if you already do this, but just a thought. Thank you????????
Several seats broken in the IMAX theater. Haven’t been here in years but now I know why. 2 stars only because the staff was very helpful and accommodating. First seat, armrest was broken off. 2nd seat did not recline. At $17 for a popcorn and water, (with Stubs) it should be better.
Been coming here for decades when I visit the area.
Management keeps up the auditoriums well. Clean.

This AMC loses points because GOOD GOD DO THEY KEEP THE AUDITORIUMS COLD IN SUMMER!
I always bring a hoodie and usually use it. It gets frigid in there.

I live 30 minutes away with an amc very close by but still choose to come to this one due to its convenient times and special showing events. This theater could be an absolute 5 especially after adding arcade games and staying consistent with showing movies that are harder to find at any other theater. Unfortunately this theater, especially the bathrooms, can be so dirty and understocked. You can usually find toilet paper all of the ground and stalls lacking to be stocked with any essentials. I’m not sure if this is only a late night thing but it really sucks how messy and all over the place this theater feels sometimes especially because of how cool it is.
Went on Sunday Thanksgiving weekend. Ladies room was awful. Trash and paper all over the floors It was a mess. Before I went into the movie I told a manager at the front desk. Used it again after the movie. He apparently ignored me.
Clean, Good seats , Big screen and good sound! What else could I ask for, in a movie theater? It will be missed. Very sad that it will close down with the mall.
They could bring the IMAX and all the rooms to Toms River, since we don’t have any theater by the Ocean County mall.
Here a week ago (9/24) and the smell of mold coming from the air conditioning is absolutely overwhelming. I left with a mild headache. All 3 people I was with said the same thing in unison as soon as we walked into the theater (I think it was theater 3). If you're sensitive to mold, do NOT come here.
