Best WLM Reviews
Best movie theater just wish they had heated seats then would really push it over the edge but it that's just being spoiled. Such a vibe and so nice. I literally love this theater. It's so nice and the food is really good as well.
This is our goto theater. Always a fast line. Theaters are 95% of the time clean. and they're accommodating to any issues you might have. Plus, during the summer, you can plan a movie around lunch and the splash pad, or grab a frozen yogurt and walk around. And they have events on the weekends to join before or after. Definitely the theater to come to!
Recently visited to watch Piece by Piece the Pharell Williams Lego Movie. This was my first time in this theater and it is now my favorite theater. The customer service was 10/10, the popcorn was fresh and they let you add extra butter, the drink machines allow you to mix up whatever it is you like, and you can have an adult beverage if you enjoy a little razzle dazzle in your life. The seats are comfortable and the overall atmosphere is designed for you to enjoy every second of your visit.
**FIVE*STAR**
A bit pricey for drinks and snacks but that's to be expected. Well maintained facility, plenty to do while waiting. Courteous staff, efficient service. Great audio and visual effects, awesome electric recliners.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We enjoy going to the movies… a lot. This theater has gone down hill for maintenance. For the price you pay for a tickets/food/drinks, they should be able to put some tape on their damaged chairs and have some power supplies that work for their chairs. The chairs are part of the experience of coming to a theater. They are gross. And we have to plug in a chair EVERY time we have been lately or chase down a power supply. Do better!
It's a nice theater with average prices. You can order food at the snack bar, and they'll bring it to your seat when it's ready. The chicken sandwich and onion rings were surprisingly good. They do have a bar so you can grab a drink (or two) on your way into the theater. Seats were comfortable but the recline didn't work on ours.
This theater is absolutely disgusting. Floors are covered in soda and popcorn. No one ever cleans the men's restroom. One of these stalls doesn't even have a door on it. The water pressure is next to a non-existent and the overall staff are a little too young to understand keeping up with a time schedule when you're waiting for your food. And the overall cost of this movie theater is outrageous for what you end up getting. If I could give it zero I would
Not overly loud, comfortable seating. It was nice to see the tables were cleaned between each movie. Food could be higher quality for the cost. Tickets were a fair price. The location being in Southlands gives lots of options for before/after movie activities.
