Cute but extremely overpriced for food. I doubt I’ll come back. There are other dinner theaters with better food options and more reasonable prices.
Theater auditoriums are pretty typical and had reclining seats. They may be understaffed as we ordered food before the movie and it didn’t come until an hour after it was supposed to. Also just stick with the popcorn/candy. The food isn’t worth the price at all. Even though staff were busy they were still pleasant.
Never delivered food to the seat. I finally left in the middle of the movie. Which was good, I went to a different theater the next day to watch it again. The employee that helped me with the refund for my food purchase was really helpful. He went and got the manager for the movie refund since I'm an a list member. When the manager came he never spoke so much as a hello to me much less an apology for what had happened. This was my first and last time I will ever enter the doors of this place. Side note , the chairs aren't comfortable and if you sit in the back row you have enough to look thru a piece of glass that cuts the captioning in half.
My husband and I came here for our 5 year wedding anniversary. We used to come to this theatre all the time and it was always a great experience, very luxurious feel to it. Always super clean, food was amazing, and it felt like fine dining.
We were so excited to come here, drove over an hour and when we got there, it was soo disappointing.
There used to be an open area with a really nice bar, places to sit and relax, drink with your friends. They’ve closed that off. Now when you walk in, it’s not nearly as spacious. The bar was super underwhelming, it was more so a mini concession stand. And you just wait in line. Nowhere to sit and hang out like before.
You can’t order food anymore from your seats in the theatre, so we ordered at the bar and it’s a little pricey compared to what we got. The new Betelgeuse drink was pretty great though.
After what felt like forever, we finally got our food in the theatre. It used to come in either glass or hard plastic dishes, but this time it came in cheap Togo containers, and the food was just not great. Not how we remembered it. We spent $100 here at the theatre and it was just underwhelming.
Bathrooms were disgusting. They used to be so nice and clean. The vanity area was my favorite! It was always decorated very well, but again just not clean. Very unsanitary.
My husband and I hated the movie we watched, and ended up leaving halfway through, no fault to AMC. But the overall experience was definitely not worth the price we paid and we left super disappointed. We will not be returning.
There’s some really nice people that work there but they’re just super clueless. I showed my tickets to the person that scans it. Mind you there’s no one behind us and there was no one in front of us When she scanned my ticket. I turned around for a quick second to check on my girlfriend and see where she’s at. My girlfriend‘s ordering baked loaded, tater tots. OK, cool, They tell us they’ll bring the food and all. Sweet. We walk along to our seats and the girl that had scanned my ticket asked for my tickets. I just scanned my ticket 10 seconds ago how can you forget? Okay whatever I let it slide maybe something she didn’t realize idk. I ask her and the dude that’s taking orders and making drinks. “Will y'all bring my popcorn over and drink? I ordered these items with the movie tickets” dude says my seat numbers and Auditorium number and looks me in my eye and says we will bring it. Cool. An hour and a half later, I didn’t get my popcorn or my water I had to go and ask where is my popcorn and water. And I felt so bad because I kept getting up for my seat and making people Adjust their seat for me. Also, they got my girlfriends order wrong. She ordered baked loaded tater tot's. And somehow, then getting up chicken tenders and fries so another reason I had to get up off my seat and make other people adjust their seat for me. And then when I had mentioned it to the people upfront (Where you can buy your tickets once you get there) I told him I was waiting for my popcorn, my water, my girlfriend loaded, baked tater tots. And they looked at me as if I had three heads. Granted, I guess they were in high school. But still, That establishment should teach them proper training situations like that. I really hope they can take from this and learn their mistakes
I an revising my review because they recently enacted a policy change. They said that since they had a problem with slow drink deliveries, they only deliver food to your seat now. Drinks n snacks now have to be picked up by you when you enter the theater. To fix a service issue by eliminating the service is a horrendous decision. They don't even tell you that when you're purchasing the drinks. I will still come here occasionally but I won't come here nearly as frequently.
I want to give AMC a good review, but I would be lying. Overall it feels like a bunch of dirty thrift store furniture. Makes you feel uncomfortable because of the lack of cleanliness. Hopefully they fire the manager and hire staff that have pride in what they do.
The experience was ok after I moved. Prior to that I sat in the back as I prefer, and there is a plastic partition blocking my view of the screen. Not exactly sure why it's there or what the purpose is. Also, if you recline back and get comfy your feet block the screen as well. I wasn't even the last row but 3 from the back. Really poor design. See photos. There was also only 1 line open for snacks with at least 10 people so I didn't even buy anything because I didn't want to wait.
