We had a great time watching a movie at this theater last night. The popcorn was good. Some of the staff were not very helpful at the concession stand. The popcorn bag was ripped, and it seemed almost impossible to get one that wasn't. Sometimes it is difficult to understand why good customer service can be so difficult to get. Other than this minor hiccup, we enjoyed ourselves.
I went to go see a movie on a Saturday night. There were only 5 people in the theatre. Unfortunately, the staff, including the teenage security guard, decided to use it as their breakroom. Roughly 5 employees would come in and out while talking in the back row. They didn't seem to care that they were disturbing the customers, probably because there were so few us. It was a horrible experience hearing them talk throughout the movie especially since they kept getting up to leave and come back.
Horrible Custer service! No flavor in the popcorn! Smelly bathrooms and a blank expression from the manager after giving my opinions to them about how our visit went on the first time going to this theater. I've been a huge movie buff for 40 years and by FAR the worst experience ever! I'll drive to Kokomo or Muncie 30min away to enjoy the experience again. This is disgusting compared to the Lafayette Indiana theaters!
Went to this location with family. The employees told us the heatwave made the climate off , if we wanted a refund we could have one or tickets to another show. Tried our best to enjoy the movie but the heat was unbearable. I spoke to the manager about getting a refund for our experience. She became argumentative and I asked for corporate number after she refused.
Lovely classic theater that gives you an old-time theater type vibe. Clean, excellent condition, good seats, curved screens - it was worth our drive down. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Just needs an IMAX screen and it would be a 10/10.
The manager is extremely rude… won’t be going back… threatened to kick me out for having a mini water bottle.
Overall a great experience. Liked the theater, the staff, the popcorn... it was a fun time.
The only downside are the seats. They are old and not very comfortable.
We will be back.
we saw Deadpool 3 today staff is friendly and helpful. The theater was very clean.
