Love AMC. They have the best customer service, the best deals on movies. I love going by myself & taking my kids. The only thing I do not like are the pretzels. Did not taste good but everything else is amazing ❤️
We enjoyed the movie we saw recently here. The movie theater relationship to the mall is very confusing. There is a giant sign on the mall side where we parked and entered. When the movie, the mall was closed and there was a metal overhead gate drawn so we couldn't go back out the way we entered (And where our car was). Instead, we had to walk out the side. You either have to decide if you want to walk all the way around the mall, or we chose (incorrectly) to go around the new BJ's store, which is still an active construction site where we had to walk past some sketchy people. They should look at how to make the wayfinding a little bit more clear, or figure out a way to allow customers to get back to the main parking lot after movies.
The popcorn was stale, the seats are too close, & the if you have long legs, its very uncomfortable, & unavoidable to knock the seats in front of you, but what really shocked me was how disgustingly filthy the restrooms were. They have not had a real cleaning in a long time. The doors, the stalls, the walls, the sinks, mirrors, floors, were absolutely disgusting. To the untrained eye, they might not be too horrible, but the level of filth was everywhere, disgusting. Get a deep clean done, its nasty!
Went to AMC to see "The Batman" Monday afternoon. Went to the first showing at 2pm for the discounted price. The staff was excellent and friendly. You buy your tickets and snacks at the same time. Went into the theater and it was clean and maintained. The chairs slightly recline and are very comfortable. The theater was not full. Being that this was our first time back at the movies since Covid I prefer to sit off by myself. The picture and sound were excellent. The movie was fantastic and it was good to be back at the movies. I missed it a lot. I will go again for Fantastic Beasts but it will be a Monday first showing to avoid being in a crowded theater. I recommend this AMC to see a movie. It was a great movie and a good experience.
Friendly staff, great food, needs a couple tables to dit at while eating. Had a great time with family.
My family and I went to see the movie Twister. We ordered our tickets online which made it convenient upon our arrival. The front counter staff were friendly and it was easy to order snacks. The movie theater was clean and we will definitely be back.
The movie theater itself is fine, but the fact that you have to buy movie tickets at the concession counter is very inefficient. Waiting in line for 30 minutes when all you need is your tickets shouldn’t happen. This was very poor planning.
I went to see a movie yesterday which started at 1:05pm. I didn't get there until 1pm as I know they have at least 30 minutes of adds and previews before the movie begins. The clerk that checked me in told me the 1:05 movie had started and was already 5 minutes into the movie so I would miss that part and I should go to the 1:30 show. I told her my experience is there is normally 30 minutes of commercials and reviews and she told me no. So, I went to the 1:30 show. I went in to the movie at 1:10 sat there until 1:32 when the commercials and at least 5 or 6 previews of movies to come was shown. It was 2:00pm before the actual movie started. She also told me that the movie started at 1:30 and ended at 3:30. We did not get out of the movie until at least 4pm. My other complaint is the soda machine does not work very well. My drink tasted like club soda and instead of coke. There is no lighting on the movie signs to the theater you are going to either.
