3rd time we come here and every single time there is this horrible smoke that makes the entire place look cloudy. But today was even worse, while we were watching our movie the smoke’s smell went all the way to the auditorium we were in. Felt like coughing, had to hold it in. It smells like old old OLD oil burning. We ordered fries and they tasted like old oil they were gross. The auditorium was FREEZING. We were both sitting there holding each other trying to make it through the movie. You could tell the AC was off. Then went home and all my clothes and hair smells like that oil. Won’t be going back.
Pretty good movie theater for what it’s worth!
The seats are extremely comfortable and have automatic reclining and even a heated seat option!
The sound is excellent during the movie.
Seats are tiered so you’re not looking at someone’s head in the way of the screen.
I think the theater could improve in their snacks. Currently snack offerings are few. Popcorn is decent but I think it’s missing a lot more of that movie theater butter that is familiar.
I went to see the 9pm showing of Moana tonight, and my movie experience was terrible. First off the bathrooms were disgusting, and then I wasn’t able to actually enjoy the movie as there were a bunch of high schoolers messing around in the row behind me. They were laughing the entire time, messing around on their phones and shining their flashlights at the screen. The couple sitting a few seats down from me; and myself all turned around several times to politely tell them to shut up, and they wouldn’t stop. We brought it to the attention of the manager of the theatre and he just blatantly didn’t care. We asked for vouchers of what we all spent to use at another showing and he flat out said he wouldn’t do that. He said we should have brought it to their attention during the movie. I personally walked out of the theatre during the movie to go find someone to tell them about the issue, and couldn’t find anyone. If you want to enjoy your movie experience, and get your money’s worth… be sure to go to a different location! I won’t be coming back here again.
The projection quality was so poor at this cinema I can’t believe they aren’t ashamed to play the AMC promo about their amazing cinema going technology.
I counted 12 dead pixels. Small white dots in the top right of the screen that look like stars. On the universal logo at the top of the movie I thought they were stars and then I realised when the movie started they were still there!
The image was so dim I really struggled to see any detail in the shadows.
What an awful cinema. It’s no wonder the movie business is struggling because frankly the image is brighter and looks better on my iPad.
Heated seats are pointless when the image is so awful. Have some pride and showmanship. Give people a reason to spend their money to see a movie!
Welcoming. Staff friendly, popcorn fresh, walkways, lobby and auditorium clean not even popcorn scatter about.
Would DEFINITELY recommend checking this location out. You will feel comfortable taking your children, or even attending a movie Solo.
I was on a road trip from Kansas to Georgia and just wanted to watch a movie, so glad I chose this location.
The renovations have made a far better concession area and upgraded the theaters. You have reserved seating with recliners (heated too!) The range of concession items has increased a lot, better than the other theater chain in the city. Fix the restroom cleanliness and I'd give them five stars.
Nice theater, comfy seats, nice and helpful staff, the food is pretty good for theater food but is alittle on the expensive side. The seat condition depends on which theater room, ive been in some that are clearly warn down the leather but still comfy and some the seats feel almost new.
Seats were the only good thing I found about this theater.
Nobody was there selling tickets or checking if you had one; you literally could just walk in and watch movies for free.
The soda tastes like water.
