Came here with my wife for an early lunch. Maybe I should not have gotten a burger so early because it tasted off. Not much flavor and not cooked how I asked. My wife got a western omlette and it too didn't have much flavor. She also said her coffee was not good. The food did look good and The prices were great too. Lol
A classic diner we had to try on our trip through Catskills. A large location and a huge menu. We tried the Greek salad, pastrami sandwich, and cheese fries. All worth the trip
A quite good place to go for a bite, big portions, Really tasty food, The Ambrosia Burger was delicious. Took a little bit longer than I thought it would to get the main dish, especially for Monday at 2 PM, but it was worth the wait.
Definitely gonna go back if I'm in the area.
A few of their morning wait staff are the worst of the worst. Bad attitudes. Once you get your food, they disappear and are hardly ever seen again. They seldom check on you so you can forget getting a refill on your coffee or any other requests you may have. If they do come back and you request something, they will have a piss poor attitude about you wanting something. Park and sit out back for a while, and you can watch how often they come outside for a cancer stick.
Tried asking for the manager and owner's name and contact information, and they refused to give any information.
This place has really gone to hell. Used to go here a few times a week. Won't go here anymore.
5 of us had brunch, and the service was great I had a western omelet and a vinella milkshake
1.7.23 visiting from CT on way to Olana. We were greeted and seated right away. Drinks and food came out fast. The waitress checked back on us several times. The corned beef Skillet was hot and tasty. Everything was cooked just right.
Delicious French dip and Mac & Cheese balls! Hubby had a big burger too. Definitely recommend. Down to earth family staff too. Thank you!
Really a great little diner here in the Catskills. I've been here a few times I have family in the area it's always a great experience the food is always good, but stuffed mushrooms were really amazing definitely a must-try.
