Best WLM Reviews

My food and drinks were delicious. We started out with chips and salsa, which I enjoyed. The chips were crispy and fresh. The salsa’s were flavorful. I had the street corn and seafood enchiladas and the portions were great and they tasted really good. The margarita selection made it hard to decide but I decided on a flavored margarita and it was refreshing. The restaurant was clean and the staff were all professional and friendly.
Visited Ambriza for the first time. The food was excellent and tasted amazing. When our server introduced herself, she asked if it was our first time there. For me, it was. She explained the menu in detail. Later, the manager came by and gave us an elote as a welcoming token of appreciation. Overall, the food was great (priced very reasonably), the service was excellent. I will be going back for brunch!
What a pleasant surprise! First time visiting this restaurant and I was impressed. The menu offers an excellent variety of options, and every dish we tried was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The service was fast and friendly, many thanks to the bartender Alberto (Beto) he was very excellent his drinks were very tasty and full of love and very welcoming! Excellent worker, I personally recommend that he be the one to serve you and the atmosphere was very welcoming. It has definitely become one of my favorite places for happy hour. I'm from New York and I really liked it! Thanks to the Manager and many congratulations because even though he is a young guy! He is more than capable of being able to fully carry out his job to the best of his abilities and he does it very well, from management to the smallest detail! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our first time going. We made reservations and had the most quaint little off to the side room to celebrate family birthdays. It was the most delicious meal and we had such a great waiter. We were even treated to a complimentary dish because it was our first time. The music outside and the atmosphere of Town lake is sublime . I highly recommend this restaurant. Food was tasty, fresh and the dishes were traditional but had a very unique flair. Reasonably priced. Dress casual or dress up.
Edit: since our first time we go back regularly and meet up as a family. It's one of our favorite places to go.
DO NOT sit by the door going out to the patio. It is very disruptive to your dinner with the staff going in and out constantly.
Came for early dinner. We order some apps to start with. No small plates were given to us, we had to ask for them. Entrees came out 20min later. Fajitas were over cooked and that was the smallest and thinnest chicken breast. Margaritas were delicious. Better Mexican restaurants on 290 than here. Just a vibe is all it is. Food did not deliver.
I recently dined at Ambriza, and I must say it was a remarkable experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure our needs were met with a genuine smile. The management clearly takes pride in their establishment, as everything from the ambiance to the food was impeccably handled.
My favourite place and will be visiting often..
Before leaving Texas, I wanted to sit down at a restaurant and get Mexican food. Ambriza looked like it fit the bill and wow did it deliver. As first-time patrons, they gave us complimentary bread that really stole the show. Add in the chips that youd expect from a Mexican restaurant and it was already off to a great start. From there, they recommended their award-winning cucumber Serrano margarita. Let me say, it is actually the best margarita I’ve ever had. It was extremely smooth and refreshing and oh so large. Even after a long football weekend of drinking, it was still incredible. Finally, I got the enchiladas verdes as my meal. They were delicious and I left feeling full and happy with the decision to come to Ambriza.
For a Sunday brunch at noon we were immediately greeted by the hostess and seated outside.
The chicken quesadillas were good and had just enough cheese with hearty portion of chicken within. Cheese was not too overpowering. ????????????????
The service was definitely lacking. We saw our waitress 3 times the entire meal and had more conversation and service by the 2 managers. This would not keep me from coming back, but be aware if you’re out on the patio on Sunday. Not necessarily same level of service we’ve had inside. Again, just my experience.
Food is flavorful and the chips with salsa and verde sauce is dangerous. The shrimp empanadas are fantastic.
