I wanted to wait until I tried both basic services, AKA manicure and pedicure, before reviewing this place so this is not my first time here but from my own personal experience, this place is amazing! yes they are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for imo. I've been to cheaper places and even places that have extremely similar pricing and I love this place so much that I am willing to drive 30 minutes to get here.
There are some things to consider if you are going to visit here that I just feel first time visitors should be aware of as they were unique. 1) they do charge extra for what they consider specialty polishes (such as cat eye) and those will run you an extra $10. 2) they also charge extra for multiple colors after 2 colors (and i know every nail being a different color is a trend). 3) tips can only be made in cash and while they do have an ATM available for you to use it will cost you $3 to remove money. 4) their appointment system is unlike anything I've ever used online before, so just make sure you read all the details when making an appointment. 5) they do you have different prices based on what type of technician you use and as of right now I can't figure out how to determine who is a master and who isn't. Finally) they have no guarantee on basic polish, only gel or stronger.
These are not being said to discourage anyone from visiting I just feel information helps deter unnecessary bad reviews due to lack of knowing ahead of time.
Oh and for those of age they do offer beer, wine, and cocktails that start at $5.
My first experience at this salon start it out I’ve got a nail tech named Shawn that completely had no clue what he was doing. The manager of the salon was very understanding and saw what I saw and pair me with a different tech to fix it. This was the best thing ever I have now been going to the same nail tech each time !! He’s my guy and even when he was out, I was here with another great tech!! Here are a couple photos!!
My granddaughter had a picture of some fancy Christmas nails. DON totally hooked her up ! They were perfect !! Customer service was hands down the most professional nail salon I’ve ever been to!! DON was absolutely wonderful!!
Snow does an amazing job on my nails! She has been my go to nail tech over the past few months and she’s really awesome at design! ❤️
I had Lynn for the first time and she did great! I asked a lot of questions and have very sensitive nail beds and just very sensitive in general. I hate getting my nails done with new people because I feel like I’m such a nuisance to the nail tech but she made me feel comfortable and reassured me that it’s normal and to let her know if something hurts. I just moved down here from Columbus and I think I found my new nail salon:)

Do NOT get Anna I paid for a master technician to do short one color sparkly nails and they didn’t come out good. All my nails are shaped differently at the tops and some look like duck nails with how wide they are (I asked for square square ) I also asked for an initial and when I asked if she was still gonna do it she said no because she already put the top coat on… and besides that she kept hitting my skin with the drill then put the chemical on top wich hurt super bad . ( was to scared to say anything).. these are NOT square. Pedicure was okay … super upset when this happened considering it was the first time and I had paid extra for a “master technician” would like to try again but with someone else .????
I brought my daughter for manis/pedis. She absolutely hates getting pedicures but needed one. Tracy was excellent and made her feel so comfortable! They went above and beyond to deliver on her vision for her nails as well. I had Nikki and had the same excellent service. Well done!
