My first time ever visiting ambiance. Ive heard many great things about the salon, and it is exactly all that and more. Clean and friendly atmosphere, manyyyyy color selections and services provided. I chose to come for a Dip manicure, first time after my post surgery and my nail technician was very gentle. I showed her an image of what i wanted and she did exactly that. I will definately be returning to the deerfield/ mason oh location!

Mei mei is such a sweet heart but ultimately the dip powder service wasn’t great. The service was 90 min, the nails are lumpy on top, cuticle skin was painted, and the nail edges are unevenly filled. A few nails received cuts around the nail bed so it strongly stings whenever I wash my hands. The nails are unusually thick. I know Mei Mei put a lot of effort in and tried to make corrections as she went, but the end result is extremely mediocre. Her customer service skills were fantastic. I appreciated the courtesy water. I just wish the technical execution was better.
Mai is my favorite master technician ! Me and my daughter have been getting our nails done by her and she does a great job and takes her time. Highly recommend!
I received a Manicure & Pedicure yesterday & my experience, as always, was fantastic. I constantly receive compliments on the appearance of my nails. Joann is my technician in Mason Ohio & she is extremely talented. Always professional & pleasant. I highly recommend this location because from the Mgr to the techs, it's an enjoyable experience.
One of the worse pedicures I have ever gotten! He was so busy talking to the other nail techs he didn’t pay attention to what he was doing. I asked him to file my nails and not cut them. He cut them anyway! He flooded the cuticle with polish and didn’t paint the end of my nail where he cut them off. He left the edge of the nail rough and didn’t file it.
Mai did an excellent job on my nails today. She kept checking to make sure I liked the length and shape and she was very professional. More than this, she was kind and very sweet. I enjoyed talking with her and I enjoyed her work, she is a master technician and it shows. She was wonderful and I can't say enough good things about her, I will be back to see her again. 10/10
