Superb!!!! That's all I can say. My technician Leann was amazing! She listened, was creative, and provided great care and customer service. The front desk team, Dominic and Aniya are patient and absolutely focused on making sure you have a great experience. They took great care to help me find the best colors to complement my outfit for a once in a lifetime event. I highly recommend this Ambiance location!!!!!!!
Not bad honestly. Jessica got me in and out quick. it was around $60 for a plain acrylic full set after tax. She kept checking to make sure I liked the way the nails were turning out. I’ll definitely be back.
My girl Leann ATE, period!!!! She did an amazing job on my engagement nails and toes! She also did so amazing at waxing and tinting my eyebrows. She was very nice and respectful. 5/5 would recommend LEANN at this location!!! Definitely going back and asking for her!
I came on my best friends birthday! & when I tell you we had the best experience!! You see normally I just get the leg massage & a hot towel. This time I got the hot stone massage as wellllll !! My skin is sooo soft & they got every piece of dead skin off you hear me! The young lady that did my feet made sure she was doing everything to my liking !! I loved every second of it & I can’t wait to come back !!!!
I had a great experience at Ambiance Nail Spa. The salon was clean and comfy. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Lam was meticulous with my nails, and I am very happy with the result! I’ll definitely be returning.
Shree is by far the best nail tech I have had so far. I will be requesting her for now on. I got the gel powder for the first time and wanted a natural look and it was perfect.
My mom, my daughters and I all went together for my birthday. It was the worst experience I’ve had. My technician was more concerned with everything else except me. He did a very sloppy job. My youngest daughter had a technician make fun of her. I did let the two managers know about our experience. The two managers were apologetic and attempted to make it right. I was even given a gift certificate for a free manicure. The one manager attempted to fix the mess up on my left hand. All four of my daughters and I get gel manicures. My daughters had nail art done. Sum total we spent close to $400. Within 6 days all five of our gel manicures were peeling. By day 8, we had to remove the remaining gel. I have had many manicures in my life and this has never been my experience. This was a waste of money. The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 Star is because the two managers genuinely tried to fix the technicians mess up
Marie does a fabulous job. She’s professional and kind. She did my nails a few weeks ago for my wedding and I got so many compliments. Now I won’t go to any one else!
