I absolutely LOVE this location. Don’t let the outside look fool you. I’ve had every jacuzzi suite they have and unlike the Axis and Aura, you don’t have to a guest to check in. I come here with my boyfriend and I also come here alone for a solo getaway. I NEVER had a bad time at this location. From the staff at the front desk to the cleaning crew, I’ve never been disappointed.
This was perfect. The staff was amazing. Lynda went out of her way to make sure everything was above and beyond my expectations. I came here with my husband for me honeymoon. The room was decorated nicely and extremely clean. Get the cake! And the strawberries! The cake is amazing. And the strawberries extremely fresh. The staff was so nice they really made things special for me and my husband and we can't wait to come back again!
this is the most wonderful spot I've ever been to. sooooooo nice n relaxing. .the ppl at the front desk are super nice, and they take cash:) when i entered my room, i squealed. it was just so cute and beautiful!!!! and the mirrors on the ceiling really just made the room????
The hotel is very old and not updated. It had carpet. They allow smoking in the rooms, and the way they give you a non-smoking room is running an air purifier/ionizer for an hour after a smoker leaves. (Gross!) The customer service at check in was very nice. I had to move from the room I booked to another one due to the cigarette smoke smell. They offer a “bottle” of champagne that is a single serving for one person. I won’t stay again. They have two other locations (with different names) that look more updated. They are probably a better bet.
First off I want to say my girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay. We been looking for somewhere to call as a great little getaway spot. An we have most definitely found it here in Ambiance. We stayed in the cobalt room and I would suggest highly. Loved the 2 floor layout. Never will we lower ourselves to stay anywhere else after our visit here. Really like that everyone has to be a member to stay. Not having to worry about rude or unruly guests who ruin a great fun experience. Everything looked clean and well taken care of.. The front desk from check in to check out was amazing. Very polite and professional to the fullest. Even better I had applied for membership and was approved in less than 2 hours. Which I can’t speak for everyone. But all in all I will be visiting again soon and quite often. Thanks to everyone there for the amazing experience truly.
Axil is 100 times much better and more modern. Restroom toilet was not properly cleaned. Other than that it was ok. Very close to airport.
My husband tried to surprise me for my birthday. He purchased a gold membership which we received a confirmation number and everything. We go and they say they couldn't find his membership. Then when we try to get help or an explanation we get hung up on or a vm box that doesn't except vms.
This is far the worst experience I've ever had when dealing with a place I was anxious to go to..THANK FOR RUING MY BDAY.
Very clean and professional. My husband and I loved our rooms. I informed them it was our Anniversary and they decorated our room with petals and included champagne. Thank you so much!
