We went for the Sunday brunch, which is the only day it's offered. The food was delicious. The wait time was not long even though the restaurant was extremely busy. I gave them a low score for atmosphere due to the political sign displayed in our dining area. I don't have issues with other people's party affiliations, but I don't feel it's appropriate in a place that serves the general public.
Got my order to go.
Had fried flounder and a separate order of calamari. Both were really good, although I will next time not get the calamari to go.
The person who took my order by phone was very pleasant and answered my questions. Thank you!

This was our first time eating at Amber Jack's and it was exceptionally good. Surprisingly affordable as well. We had an appetizer sample plate where you can choose 3 (our choice: fried mushrooms, mozzarella sticks, and potato skins) For our main course, he had a large order of fried perch, with baked Mac n cheese and slaw. I had combo of 3 platter, green shrimp, butterfly shrimp, and fried oysters. Our total bill including a sweet tea and one mixed drink was only $60! Our waitress, Suzie was very patient with us trying to decide what we wanted to eat and helped with making recommendations. She was very attentive and extremely nice! We will be going back to our new favorite restaurant! (They offer many other options of food we just wanted fish. They have steaks, chicken, and burgers as well)
The atmosphere of this place is pretty cool. Updated, except the bathrooms, and eclectic. We went to the Sunday buffet, so we couldn't review their regular food. The service was fine. I think our server might have had a bad day. She seemed sad to be there. Dessert is included in the buffet IF you ask for it. We were never told that. The buffet food was kind of bland. The salad bar was fresh and very good. They cleaned the buffet constantly and filled the trays a lot, so there was always hot food. The buffet is $15.95 PER ADULT. Fair price for sure.
This place has a great buffet choice including home cooked food and even chicken tenders for the little ones. The food was good and available each time I went back to the bar. Our waitress was very nice and attentive.
The only con I would have to mention is that there is no dessert bar. They do offer a dessert once you're finished eating. But it was a very small portion.
A very good restaurant to have fried fish. I ate this on a Sunday where they have buffet-style eating. The fish is quite good, the first fish I took is not so good but the seconds are very good. The tartar sauce is excellent. The mac and cheese is excellent. The food is very good, it’s not excellent but it’s quite good.
The service is excellent. The waitress is excellent and helpful, though she should have explained that this is a buffet day earlier. But her service is still excellent. The place is well cleaned and well maintained.
The atmosphere is excellent, it’s not too crowded and the music is not too loud. You can converse easily here. They have a huge parking in the back of the restaurant.
Always good food here, excellent service, they do have a bar inside of this restaurant, personally I recommend the Fried flounder. Everything is good here,Steaks, shrimp, and burgers!! They do have a salad bar here!!!!! On the weekends this place is jam-packed, particularly on Sundays, but they get you in and out of here pretty quick !! It's a good sized restaurant. When I have out-of-town company this is where I take them there's something for everybody here it's a good clean locally owned restaurant!!!!
Had lunch there for the first time. The waitress was so friendly. The complimentary hush puppies and soup was a nice touch. We had flounder and country steak. Both were very good. Nice deco. Waitress told us about the Sunday buffet and it sounded pretty good. We will go back for that.
