Was told j had to leave over something that wasn't my fault. Owner/ manager, whatever he is, accepted myself and my dogs and then I was told I couldn't stay here any longer. The maintenance man with red hair, extremely nice guy, came and told me they had to rip floors out of another room, and it was because of someone else's dogs so I was having to leave this motel because of another problem that involved someone else.
Owner would not allow me to use a carpet cleaner when I asked for one, and he wouldn't give me a toilet plunger to unstop my toilet. I didn't have the money to go buy one, so days later I finally got a toilet plunger brought to me, and not by any of the staff. By another "Resident" that lives there.
This motel does not change out the mattress covers at all. The rooms have roaches in them and they aren't very sanitary. This motel has a wonderful staff, but I feel the problem lies with this owner, or something somewhere isn't rite.

Another resident's dogs were running loose without lashes and attacked my dog that was on a leash and I was told that I was going to have to leave? So u should have just left then, but a little later I was told that I could stay?? Confusing, not sure what the problem is here, if you aren't a favored guest here, it's not a place for you!
Love this little place! Competitive prices, friendly overnight manager was what had me! I had a very late check in and staff was VERY welcoming and was accommodating. Clean large rooms. Great value around honestly! Management beat expedia pricing, check in was quick and easy and was rested up for the big day to follow! Thanks Mimi! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pleasantly surprised! Quaint little place and personable manager on duty ! Mimi really listened to my particular needs/accomodations and went out her way. Home town spirit down to friendly dog on duty that greeted me! Would recommend if in the area. We were here for a wedding the following day and pulled over to get rest. Manager undersood and accommodate personal needs! Thanks again Hun!
Great place if you like bed bugs and and a drunk maintenance man that steals your prescription medicine and walks in on females all the time. if you want any type of drugs just go straight to the drunk driving the red golf cart around he help you. If he is not to intoxicated
I walked in and it looked great so I inspected the bed and there was a small stain on the comforter but the beds were comfy and the lady at the front desk was super nice!
I guess you get what you pay for. But for $65 I expected a clean room, 2 wash cloths, toilet paper, and sheets that fit the bed. I would not recommend.
This was our last hotel heading home from vacation, and I'd read several reviews saying they have 6 and 8 legged inhabitants, but thought worth checking anyway. Unlocked our door and I checked for any signs of infestation, past or present and found none. No sign of bedbugs, no sign of roaches, one fly followed me in but can't really say that's on the hotel.
This isn't a perfect hotel, but the bed was the most comfortable of 6 places we stayed at over our vacation. Rooms didn't smell like smoke, but our sheets obviously at one time was used by a smoker (burn in sheet). Not a big deal, they looked and smelled otherwise clean. If ever we decide to get some sleep on our way through Manchester again, I'll gladly choose this place again. Also! Have to add, this place has outlets that actually work!
Clean rooms at an affordable price. Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff.
The clean swimming pool was very refreshing. Felt very safe with 24hr on property management and security cameras. Highly recommend
