Best WLM Reviews

We stopped here overnight on our way to and from Orlando Florida with our dogs. The rooms are very basic. The bathrooms are original, but clean. There was a coffee pot, refrigerator, and microwave. The pillows were not great & the bed was OK.
There was some traffic noise, but it is a convenient stop near 95. We left the fan on the AC/heater unit running all night & that helped.
The 2 staff members we encountered were very pleasant & helpful.
For a 2 star hotel, I don’t expect much. But this place was pretty decent.
Very clean, comfortable rooms, great front desk people, pet friendly, one story, exterior corridors, great if traveling with pets, even has pet walking area. Definitly recommend
Stayed here last week and had the option for a smoking room, that’s perfect for me. I understand smoking rooms are not for everyone, but I really appreciate having the option. Everything else was just fine, clean sheets, clean towels.
Update, on rooms, they updated as far as ,new toilets...no longer rounded...oval shaped like, an egg lol, great improvement...Beds also very updated, too my truck driver,joy..I love a clean fresh, bed. Towels rooms very clean ,and though, I brought my own,I feel four star...lol ..For the price, you're surely going to feel safe ,& rest quietly, sound, & pest,free...Pet friendly also...Smoke free, rooms ...I'm very happy ???? customer...
Arrived very early and they let us check in (very nice). At first appearance the place was nice. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful checking in. The room was outdated and worn, but clean. Now for the bad. When we pulled up to our room. There was a disgruntled man cleaning out his nasty car. Junk all around 3 parking spaces. There were bums 3 doors down sitting on a bench watching us go into the room. There was remanence of broken car glass on the ground where I parked. Wasn’t sure about the safety of the stay and that was before noon. We had things to do that day in town so we didn’t get back to the room until late that night. Lots of homeless people around. Very unnerving! Got up early the next day and decided to check out. Still a lot of undesirable people around including a couple who were near the office. The man was passed out. I waited at the window for 10 minutes to check out (sign on the window said be back in 5 minutes). I called the hotel and rang the doorbell several times. No answer. The only reason that I even checked out was because they wanted the room key card back. So since there were homeless people within 10 feet of me watching what I was doing, I decided to scratch the magnetic strip off of the key (so they couldn’t steel it and get in our room) and put it in the night box and left. If they could control the mess that Fayetteville has on their property, it might not be a bad place to stay. I never felt comfortable, and I never felt safe while on the property.
The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were clean. the mini fridge had a freezer compartment which made it easier to keep our freezer packs frozen.
The bathroom was original and well taken car of. We loved and we would stay there again.
Quaint hotel with a motor court. Pet friendly and they have a large dog walk area. Had a very nice exchange with Lao at the front desk who was very gracious and friendly and checked us in early when we arrived. It's a good value for the money.
My only note is I realize it's an older hotel and I would recommend it, but just to note when the people in the next room took a shower at 11 at night you could hear the pipes creaking through the wall and the blankets on the bed had seen better days.
Great American owned motel!!!! The hotel was clean and safe. I would give it 5stars except for surrounding area and they don't do weekly rates. Twice the staff said "they weren't looking for that type of business" At first I took offense but after staying a few days and interacting more with staff I don't think they meant it to be offensive.
