We”ve ordered wings from here for years. First time with delivery, so we tried the fish. The fish and shrimp combo was mediocre. The shrimp are small and batter is gritty. Fish was ok. The wings are very good.
Request that your bag is stapled.

Hadn't been to ambassador location since covid but I was in area and decided to stop in. Food was sooo delicious and fresh that I had to return 3 more times in the same week. Lol. The young lady at the counter was super nice and made the 15 minute wait enjoyable. Will definitely be back more since it's football season!!!!
All I can say is we are obsessed with their shrimps, no dining options but food is A1.
The food is never ready when it’s supposed to be. They give you a time, you get there at that time, and it’s still a 10-minute wait…and they don’t care, that’s the worst part. My confirmation said the order would be ready at 7:41pm, I got here at 7:46, they told me 6-minutes. It’s now 8:02pm and I’m still waiting. Golden Wings has better service and food.
Ordered from Ambassador Chicken today and enjoyed everything. The chicken wings were absolutely delicious. Also ordered the buffalo chicken wings and French fries. I placed my order online which allows you to pick a time for your order to be delivered. I was a bit nervous ordering online but my order was at my home on time and everything was hot. My family thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
I use to really like this place, but now they’re constantly missing my orders when I order an Uber Eats and then when I call, they tell me I could come pick it up, like if I wanted to pick it up, I wouldn’t have placed an order through Uber Eats.
This used to be my favorite ambassadors, I might have to go to the other locations to try them out now. Why do they not clean the shrimp. Why am I getting shrimp that is unclean, not deveined properly, and a little bit mushy. No, no, no. I remember the first time I ever ate from this location and it was so good, it was at least six or seven years ago. I might not even try this location again.
Chicken was cool but dude we ordered a 15 piece combo and they literally told me that this small box of fries and box of 15 wings is for 2 ppl. ???? what normal person is eating 8 wings each? Why give fries for 1 person 1/2?
Their customer service was subpar in terms of trying to rectify the situation, and was literally told “that’s just how we serve it”. Moral to this story.. save your money, you get more respect and bank for your buck at the chicken shack.
