This facility should be out of business due to unprofessional employees and management. We have a dedicated line from MOB5, and we have to drop off the empty trailers for incoming loads. However, the facility, including the management, refuses to accept them. I have never had this problem with any other Amazon facility. There is a driver coming at 11 a.m. to drop off the preload and pick up the empty trailer. They are not unloading any carrier trailers, which affects the company. Sometimes, it takes them days to unload.

Received our package and the contents inside were missing. The amazon box and label were perfectly intact when it arrived but the seal on the product box inside was broken, all the instructions and mini boxes were left inside but the bracelets that were ordered were not. Clearly one of the warehouse employees stole the product and repackaged it and shipped it. Had they outright stolen it, we could have gotten a refund through Amazon, but because the package was "delivered" we have to file a police report to obtain a refund. The package was originally scheduled for 2 day shipping. Then it got delayed because it was "lost" at the Amazon warehouse in Theodore. Were notified if we didn't receive the package by Wednesday, September 26th, we could have gotten a refund. We received the package on Wednesday just to find that the bracelets had been taken. The total cost of the loss was $200 that we may not even get refunded for if the police department won't work with Amazon. I would like it if someone from this facility could please reach out to me. You guys need to seriously vet your employees better and pay more attention to your surveillance because someone in that facility is stealing. Not only was this an expensive purchase, it was also very special and supposed to be a surprise that got ruined. Hoping management from this facility will take this into consideration and review. I am happy to provide tracking information if necessary so that you may see the time the package was at your facility to help narrow down the search of your thief.
I have been here for 5 hours. 3 hours in the dock, before they started unloading me. I'm still here 2 hours n they haven't finished unloading me yet. Once in the gate, they didn't know if it was their load or the construction company load. There is one more truck here. So me and another truck. I know when you are busy, waiting to be unloaded n loaded can be lengthy, but when no other trucks are in the docks, it's a little much to be waiting over 5 hours. Just my experience. I may be here another 5 hours, who knows
If your Amazon order is ever routed through this location you can bet it will be delayed or lost! Ridiculous! Shut them down!
Good people work here, not the usual Amazon BS attitude, unlike Miami Amazon worker's always banning people even they treat drivers so badly, making them wait for hours well I been banned 4 or 5 times lol ????
Everything is sloppy boxes and bags mixed in together on pallets and then the workers have the nerve to get mad knowing we only got 40 minutes to find our stuff and then the workers stair and start talking down racist when they can’t do there job right and see Spanish people actually working instead of sitting on there ass
Its pretty good pay if you're 18 and have hardly to no bills to pay. Which luckily for me it works fine.
My packages always get stuck here or delayed.get it together people and robots do your jobs
