I work there. It's close to home. Accessible by bus. I don't like the long walk there at night. There's a live train at night. Traffic gets blocked on both sides. I get blocked as pedestrian trying to cross. Having to wait at night by myself until the track clears can take a while.
Bad reviews on Amazon in the US!! Scam, I paid, my package was not sent, and the platform did not give me a refund. They made me wait for 2 months, and then when the time was up I asked the staff to refund me, and they made me wait endlessly for 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and more! They kept delaying the time indefinitely! Scam! I just want my money back now
Google Map need to do better with Truck Routes and stop giving directions for cars Routes, A lot of Truckers use Google Map for directions too not just car.
If someone can let me know is this the HDC1 site or DDC3 ? Please and thank you.
I just don't know what to do anymore. We're having an issue with Amazon (actually with any parcel delivery but especially Amazon logistics).
Before you tell me not to order, please understand that with my disabilities, shopping is one of the most challenging things to do. It's stressful, very painful, and absolutely exhausting. With the heat in this area, which triggers my fibromyalgia, it's pretty much an event that will take an entire day for me to recover (if not longer).
Here's the problem: Several years ago our apartment complex installed Amazon lockers. All deliveries thar aren't USPS go there. It is located several blocks away, near the leasing office, but outdoors. The lockers serve a lot of buildings.
When the locker is full or if a package is too big, what is supposed to happen is that they deliver it to our apartment door like before the lockers. Instead these things happen:
1. They try to deliver to the leasing office who have repeatedly told them they don't take packages so then they leave them near the front door of the building the leasing office is in and the packages get stolen.
2. They mark it as delivered but never deliver it.
3. They say they attempted delivery, 3 days in a row, and then return the package. They don't actually try to deliver. I would know because I work from home.
It's so depressing and frustrating. I have delivery instructions on everything. I have called Amazon many times. I don't know what to do anymore.
Update: it is still impossible for them to drive 5 miles in a single day
Packages are routinely late. And despite being in my neighborhood my “same day delivery package” wasn’t delivered because *spins the wheel* bad weather on a clear night. They also won’t give you any update on when it will actually be delivered. So, same day delivery really means whenever they feel like it.
On several instances the delivery drivers have left dozens of packages in the lobby of our building. S delivering to the individual doors. I’m assuming they no longer deliver to the individual units as I’ve contacted Amazon on four different occasions and have given them the tracking numbers to track down the driver(a) responsible and to this day nothing has been addressed! It appears customer service is almost non existence when it comes to delivery! I’ve asked to be contacted and nothing but silence!
Rude people work here managers are rude cranky Amazon flex employees are focused and hard-working, but very self-centered, rude! Lately, these people that are actually working in the warehouse are crazy in the head and beyond unprofessional the managers yelling at anyone that gets in our way accidentally! Oh ethics here everybody is frustrated mad and they take their frustrations out on anyone that is kind and caring. They drive so fast in the delivery area that they can run over you and they won’t care. Rude, obnoxious employees, rude obnoxious management.
