This is your normal Amazon fresh. Maybe I came at the wrong time but it seemed like a lot of the shelves were empty. They had what I needed Amazon has done a great job at making shopping convenient and smooth.
The new electrical carts a cool, fun and work well. They are neat to check out with but seem like a total waste, just go to all app based on your own phone. Seems like it would save Amazon money then they could pass on the savings to the customer.
The employees were helpful and know where things in the store are located.
I had a fantastic first time shopping experience at this location! The manager (I believe Daquan) came up to me and let me know about the fancy shopping carts (I was using the regular orange cart at first) and walked me through the process of scanning items and adding coupons. The entire shopping experience was seamless and quick.
Went in for yogurt and ended up getting other things including a very expensive steak. To set the stage, I don't like this place generally. I have not been impressed with price or freshness. The wife likes the place. I think that is because there is never many people in there. She won't do Walmart because of the crowds for instance. Wife did not like the expensive steak so I ate it all. Just tasted like steak to me. Not worth the price we paid but edible for sure. The yogurt was out of date and she threw it away. She didn't feel like going back and making a scene. I didn't bother - her yogurt, her call. I see no reason to go back. She probably will but not for steak anymore.
I LOVE LOVE IT!!! PLEASE BRING ONE OF THESE TO JACKSONVILLE, FL. Just have your Amazon app ready and boom????!! My kid loved the little shoppers cart! It was a GREAT experience Amazon! The two gentlemen were very friendly upon entering, and assisted me on how to shop using the scan basket!! Thank y'all!!
Beautiful grocery store. The prices were lower than I expected. The staff was helpful. Checking out with my Prime Account was easy and a novel way to pay. The receipt was emailed directly to me! Well done Amazon!
Tonight I came to get groceries for the first time and to drop off an item I was returning to Amazon.
It’s a cool concept you can scan your phone to go inside if you have Amazon prime or maybe just Amazon. They have a decent selection on lots of stuff. They don’t have the best prices, I think they could offer better prices if they are trying to cut down on the employees working there. It’s out of the way for me so I don’t think I’ll be back here, I think the inside of the store kind of feels like an Aldi, feels dirty, just my thoughts everyone should try it at least once.
My favorite store is whole foods and the commissary so if that helps.????????♀️

This is a cool place. If you have an Amazon account, grab a cart and scan your items as you go and never have to checkout. Discounts for prime members. Good selection. Great location. Easy to find everything. Very well priced and tasty sushi.
Worse place ever do not come to this place!! Prices are ridiculous high no Apple or Android pay.... they also try to sell u those paperbags bunch of crooks!
