We’ve been staying at A Hole in the Wall since 2012. We have always had a great time! Recently steps were added to the front to make it easier to get in. Our 6 year old was with us and the steps and railing made it so much better for him. The large windows upstairs were great for watching the wilderness surrounding us. We were even able to safely watch a bear from those windows. Now my 6 year old keeps begging to go back to that house he saw the bear at! My family has used this same cabin for family trips and even a girls weekend get away. We will definitely be going back!

Customer Service when booking could have been more inviting and that made me nervous about the condition of the cabin.
We stayed in Summit Solitude And the Cabin was in Perfect Condition. The amenities, the views, the location were all Amazing.
*We wish the basement area had more seating but we spent time on the main level which was enough for us.
I would use this company again.
My family and I stayed at the Rocking Ridge Retreat in the Pigeon Forge Area. The cabin was very nice and spacious. Definitely enough space to host 7 kids and 8 adults. The view was beautiful ! However, the cabin was a really dusty ! The cleanliness of the space could use some work. Also both hot tubs were cold to like warm at best. To add, the water in the outdoor hot tube had a not so pleasant odor. Probably needs changed out. I would also recommend the company provide more than 1 roll of toilet paper when hosting a big party for more than a night or two. We did bring our own but had we not we’d be out of luck. Overall not a bad place to stay.
Timber Tops/Amazing Views cabin rental |“Gatlinburg Mountain Romance” (house)||We stayed in this beautiful one story house, however I have a complaint.||1. None of the tv remotes worked for either bedroom or the outdoor patio area. They didn’t even have the remote for the outdoor tv. As a guest especially with the amount of money they charge for this rental every tv and remote should be working.||2. I called to report the issue, only to be told that a ticket has been opened and that the maintenance guy work hours are 9am-8pm. The maintenance guy never came and each time I called to check on the status with customer service they stated the following:||- we are unable to send messages to request status updates to the maintenance person|- the maintenance person will never call you ahead of time of their arrival. |- Their process is for the guest to stay in the house all day and not enjoy being on vacation to only be disappointed by waiting all day that no one ever showed up.|- we only had one working tv in the living room for a cabin my man paid $1376.00 for 3 nights. Crazy and we will never book with them again.|- Maintenance should ensure everything is working properly and all remotes are functional before each guest check in happens.||3. Then our 2nd night we heard all these weird sounds including noises from the door keypad.||4. The cabin house is isolated in the middle of nowhere. Also there is no fencing around back at the patio, so the bears have free range of the house. We ran into a bear in the road by our house.||5. Also if you’re staying at this house please use Waze for directions.
I rented Gatlinburg Dream 12/6-12/9. This was the most terrible experience I have ever had renting a cabin. The cabin was not clean, dishwasher broken, tub dirty and privacy blinds outside was lying on the ground. I had to rig them up for privacy. The customer service is terrible. I spent my entire time enjoying Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge rather than enjoying the cabin. I would recommend this location to anyone.
We have had the worst experience renting from Amazing View property owner located at 2262 Lone Ridge Dr, I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. This property owner watches everything that goes on it’s like you have no privacy inside the property. I feel like we are being watched inside this unit. It’s a very creepy feeling. Me and my family are on vacation this is a rental not a prison. I would never rent from this company again. Normally I go off reviews but this time we gave them the benefit of the doubt but beware . The cabin is nice but it’s not worth being watched it’s cameras all around the house like you have no privacy AT ALL if we could get our money back Ieaving would make my day. Stay away
We’ve had a great weekend with family however our stay with Amazing Views of the Smokies was a nightmare. We booked through Vrbo. I absolutely do not recommend this rental company. |We checked in to “Peaks for itself” 7/26/24. Upon arrival two beds were visibly dirty. I called and requested that they comforters be replaced and several hours later they brought two blankets. When I went to the third level to replace the bedding, I discovered that it was 84 degrees so I called and requested a technician come out. A man came and suggested that we close the vents to the second floor so the air could be pushed up. By 10 pm it cooled down to 80. Sometime during the night it began working and cooling down. However it was back to the mid 80s the following day. |Around 830 on the first night the breaker kept tripping to the 1st floor. It randomly resolved in the middle of the night as well. Beginning the second night the breaker began tripping for the second floor. I called regarding this obvious safety concern and was told that someone would be out on the third day. On the third the breaker would not stay on so we were unable to use the kitchen area. I called a second time and someone finally came out to replace the broken equipment. |Overall cleanliness of the place was not up to standards. There was not one clean coffee cup upon arrival, the linens were dirty, dead bugs in the floor. We even caught a lizard inside of the house, probably due to the seal on the door being half way off. The porch furniture was filthy and the grill was also out of propane. Once the propane was replaced the grill caught fire from not being cleaned.|I asked that the property manager call me beginning day one, finally spoke with her three days after checkout. She offered a $300 refund which is half of one night. The property was not in working order until less than 24 hours prior to checkout. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB but share to warn others.
our cabin ( Bellagio Bear) is a new build. we were supposed to ck in on Sunday the July 14th and stay 6 nts. I called Wed prior to our stay and specifically asked the rental Co. Timber Tops/ Amazing Views, your cabin (why do they have so many diff names?) if the cabin was ready for us to ck in on Sunday and was assured 100 % that it was ready to go. they called us 24 hrs before we were to ck in and told us the cabin wasn't ready. gave some excuse abt too much rain( which I knew it hadn't rained there in a while) and something with the inspection. they emailed us 2 cabins to pick from. one of which was more than what we had already pd. hubs and I looked on their site and found one that was less than what we had paid. they kept trying to talk us into the more expensive cabins and then didn't want to give us a discount... the discount that is listed on their website for anyone that calls to book a cabin. they finally decide to give the discount after arguing with them over the phone. then acted like they did me a favor. they never tried to offer dinner tickets, or try to make it right in any way. very frustrating way to start a vacay. they were totally unprofessional and we will never rent from then again.
