I am beyond livid. I made an appointment for hybrid lashes with an upgrade to a master technician so they wouldn’t screw it up, but they did! I specifically asked in my appointment request for hybrid lashes, and they put what ever they had on me and did not tell me till they were done that they only had classic singles. I do not like single lashes. I did not ask for classic how TF you just do what you want to do not considering the fact that I asked for hybrid lashes well in advance , like over 2 weeks in advance ! I would never waste my money coming to this place again! Amazing Lash lounge is a joke, never again! Pic posted below they are not full. It already looks like I need a fill. I did call them to let them know I am unsatisfied and got nowhere with that. So I guess a corporate manager is going to call me back because she just stepped out . And they never reached out to me before my appointment to let me know they did not have hybrid lashes in stock. If I would have known this information I would have canceled my appointment and went elsewhere instead of spending over $200 for basic eyelashes. My birthday is this week and I’m going to Vegas leaving tomorrow so I have no time to fix this mistake. my appointment for amazing. Lash studio was today at 12 PM. This is at 6:36 PM the same day this picture was taken .
Sharea is absolutely amazing! Her warm and welcoming personality always makes me feel comfortable, and she truly listens to my preferences for how I want my lashes to look. Her attention to detail and genuine care for the lash process are unmatched. Every time, she goes above and beyond to ensure my lashes look perfect. I couldn’t recommend her more!
Front desk staff is rude and inconsiderate. Beware don’t use the text option. They don’t have the “manpower” to communicate effectively. The assistant manger “Morgan” has poor customer service skills. After texting and offering a 5pm appointment, no one had the courtesy to text or call stating the appointment was taken. But yet can still charge a no show, no call fee, once you arrive for the 5pm appointment. We have a memberships with Amazing Lash and I have never been treated this way at other locations.
My experience at Amazing Lash Studio was truly wonderful. From the moment I walked in, both my lash technician and the office staff made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease. Shana, my lash technician, was exceptional. She took the time to explain the process thoroughly, addressing all my questions with warmth and professionalism. Being my first time getting lash extensions, I was a bit nervous, but Shana’s compassionate approach made me feel completely comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend Shana to anyone seeking a positive and caring lash extension experience. She’s truly amazing, and I’m thrilled to be her new dedicated client!
I just started back to Amazing Lash Studio to get my lashes done…I’d stopped during Covid and decided to try them again.
Well it will be short lived I signed up for the membership and had my third appt for a Monday my schedule changed so I left four messages on Sunday and even sent an email. My first call being 11am Sunday morning. I received a call back Monday and the was told my call came after hours. Which was confusing until she said they are closed on Sunday. The website nor the phone message indicated the business is closed on Sunday’s so you should probably update this information.
I show up for my service Monday and my technician did a nice job. But when I go to check out I was hit with a $20 up charge for seeing a master stylist.
I saw the same person I’d seen there every time and selected this stylist because the website did not list her as a master stylist because I know this business up charges.
Which by the way she’s still not listed on your website as a master stylist on your website ….nor was I ever informed of her status change prior to being charged. I believe that’s called false advertising and I’ll be canceling this membership. Because 80.00 every two weeks is more than I agreed to pay for this service when I signed up for it.
Alana is my go-to girl. She understands the look I want to achieve and delivers. She is kind and professional and always takes her time to make sure I'm comfortable. Sometimes we chat and other times I nap, either way, it's a delightful experience. ????

If you are looking for great lashes and great service every time, look no further! I started going to Amazing Lash after not having the best experience at another lash studio and am so happy I switched! Sherri is amazing!! She really listens and is able to deliver every time. Everyone who works there is so kind and considerate. I always get compliments on my lashes and get excited to go back and get my lashes filled. Love this place <3
