Overpriced for the service and product received. I spent 2.5 hours getting lashes applied after I asked for volume lashes, I left with what looked like a more natural look and paid $244+tip. By the next day those were already falling off. I called the very next morning and advised of what was happening and was told to come in so that they could adjust them. I had an event happening that day so I told them I would have to come in the next day. I eventually made it in to have them fixed and the lash tech(Joya)did a wonderful job and gave me what I wanted and should have gotten the first time. It’s been 1 day and unfortunately these are already falling out as well. I haven’t wet them, put make up them, or did a full skincare routine on my face just to preserve the lashes and I’m still feeling a lash or two on my face every so often. Pretty lashes the second time around but definitely not worth the price! Their customer service was good, but the product itself isn’t really worth it. 1st pic and 2nd pic after adjustment.
I visited this location during my stay in Orlando. The staff was polite and professional. My stylist Alexa, I was paired with was great! She was very nice ,skilled and focused. Alexa did an excellent job with my lashes! Thank you Amazing Lash ,Lake Mary.. I will be back!
DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!! I moved to Tampa and was continuing to use the services after I signed up at the lake Mary location. I want to cancel now and they expect me to drive to Orlando?? The Tampa salon won’t help me with anything and just tell me to call lake Mary and everytime I call the number is out of service ??? There’s a reason their turnover rate is insane!!! Invest in a private lash artist who CARES ABOUT YOU
First and foremost, I cannot recommend the Amazing Lash Studio enough. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of… amazing.
For my first experience at Amazing Lash Studio, I couldn’t be more impressed with their stunning customer service. I got my lashes done, they looked amazing but because it was my first time - I didn’t know what I was looking for and wasn’t completely sold on the length I got for my eye shape, Marissa and Kiley were sweet enough to book me in the following day to get them re-done so I would be able to walk away feeling 100% comfortable and happy. I was lucky enough to experience the work of 2 different lash technicians and I am happy to say that they were both extremely professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire time.
I cannot recommend them enough. If you're looking for a lash studio in Lake Mary, I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Amazing Lash Studio. You won't be disappointed!
BEST LASH STUDIO IN LAKE MARY!! Honestly best studio in Seminole County. I’ve been coming to this studio since they opened their doors. My lash tech Kelsey is truly a STAR! She ALWAYS makes sure I’m happy and my lashes are always on point! I wouldn’t trust anyone else but her :-) Everyone that works at this studio is super sweet and they all make sure you are happy with your service. Definitely check out Amazing Lash Studio Lake Mary, you won’t be disappointed!!
I’ve been a client since July 2022, in November my original lash tech left and I so scared to get a new lash tech. I was put with Alex! Let me say she’s officially the best from her calm demeanor, flawless technique, and gentle touch like I don’t even feel her working! Highly recommend!!!!!
Kate is absolutely amazing! So nice and gentle while applying the lashes! We had such a great conversation ill definately book with her again! Shes so professional,kind, friendly and a wonderful personality! Cant wait to go back!
In addition to the horrendous refill Valeria did for me yesterday I think there is an issue, my right upper eyelid appears to be swollen. It doesn't hurt however it feels heavy and looks a bit inflamed.I'm supposed to see a master stylist on Thursday at 6PM to correct Valeria's work. She did not even have me look in the mirror when she was done to see if I liked her work, probably because she knew she didn’t do a good job. While working on my lashes she was whispering not sure if she was on her phone or if she was talking herself through the steps; it was very awkward. Not only was she a poor stylist she has no people skills and should not be a front facing employee. Marissa at the reception desk was a wonderful delight as always and did her best to make this right.
