Stay away from amazing lash studio in Naples. They advertise a “introductory” lashes for $99. This was advertised through e mail and on the phone when you call. After you make an appointment on line, give ALL of your personal information including credit card information which they store. You show up for the appointment and they tell you they don’t honor that offer and the lashes will be $199. I had a print out of the appointment the name of the lash tech a confirmation . I was told by a not so nice receptionist that she didn’t have an appointment for me. It gets worse they don’t take the “introductory offer” at the Naples location. Well, there isn’t another location in Southwest Florida. I then showed her all the info I had. She didn’t care. I also told her that the phone message tells customers about this offer. She said that there is no way to change that message. So they are a where of the offer. I took the time to drive 40 minutes, adjusted my day and left without a service. Shame on amazing lash studio Naples Florida. Bate and switch. I will report this.
Edit, response TO Business Owner: Instead of trying to make it right after the fact, make it right the first time and revise your policies by checking the level of skill of your techs. Ashley was simply bad from start to finish with her unfriendly diva attitude and impatient demeanor, right down to her lousy results. I WILL never be back and will make sure to spread the word as to how bad my experience with Ashley was. I went elsewhere and they did beautiful work, as it should be!
In 8 years of having lash extensions, this place was the absolute worst experience. I was booked with Ashley and she cancelled my first appointment at the last minute and didn't even apologize when I showed up to my rescheduled appointment. Her skill level is subpar and retention has been horrible as I started shedding to the point of losing most of my lashes within ONE week. She seems to think she has it together, and they list her as a senior tech, but based on results, she is definitely in the minor leagues, at the early apprentice level. Over-priced, underwhelming and just a place to avoid at all costs if you value your precious lashes.
Told my lash artist to do a wet set for $99. I came out to a $164 bill because she “did a wet set but added a few fans.” Honestly do not recommend at all and the lash artist truly either didn’t listen or lied about what I wanted.
I’ve been getting lashes for 7 year now and never had this bad of retention. Each time I went the technician didn’t have notes from my last appt. Below are photos of 7 days after Volume fill and 13 days.
The scheduling is easy and appt times reliable, otherwise I would give 0 stars as far as lash/glue quality. I miss Orlando ????

I recently relocated from
SoFla to SWF and began visiting the Naples location for my lash fills. I was fortunate to be booked with Mari and, although I have seen other techs, I just love Mari’s quiet and comforting demeanor…plus, she is a Master at her craft, making me feel and look AMAZING after each visit. She listens to how I want my lashes (short, because of my glasses) and remembers my preferences for the next visit. I highly recommend the Naples location and Mari….she’s marvelous!
I have been a client of Amazing Lash for over a year. I have had several cancellation for various reasons on their part and I’ve always been very accommodating and agree to reschedule. Yesterday I got my lashes done and about six hours later my left eye became very irritated and swollen. I woke up in the middle of the night with pain so I tried everything from coconut oil to baby oil to remove the lashes but they would not come off. I called and left a message as well as texted them at that time in hopes I will receive a call before they opened to get in right away for a removal since it was urgent. I received a text at 8:45am and said nothing was available until 11 AM. I was in so much pain. I asked them if there’s anyway they could see me right away and they ended up calling saying they did not have any technicians physically in the studio. I don’t understand why their hours state they open at 9am but they do not have a technician available. It’s also frustrating and unacceptable to me considering I’ve been pushed back multiple times and been rescheduled but when I have an emergency they were unable to come through. I won’t be coming here again, not only for the lack of customer service but my extreme reaction to whatever product they are using.
Went to see my girl, Kennedy to be a training model and she absolutely killed it!! She was constantly making sure I was comfortable during my appointment and talked me through all of the things she was doing. I will definitely be back to see her again. Thank you!
