So with these type of companies, you have to question what type of quality products they use and who exactly uses them . ????????♀️ I’m sorry, but I’ve never had a problem with Ashlie or Jasmine but when I use someone new this is what I get? I thought you used and strived for the same quality for every session regardless of who I see especially with how much I’m spending a month. I’m seriously considering canceling membership cuz I have very little trust in you.
***ETA the owner was very helpful when she got back to me. She said she would retrain the stylist in customer service. She was very kind & accommodating. She solved my problem in a timely manner.***
I was told 2 hours max & it took almost 2 hrs + 45 min.
I told the girl before we started that my nose is painful when touched & asked her to avoid it. After the 5th time of hitting hit she yelled at me that she had to touch my nose or my lashes wouldn't get on & I needed to deal with it. She did the 1st eye no problem though???
I asked for super full lashes & left with basic lashes - but whatever I wasn't about to spend 2 or 3 more hours in a room with her. It's rare to find such a condescending person in the customer service industry; but, that unicorn works here! I have never felt so bad about myself as I did leaving her room.
Well exactly 2 weeks out I called to speak to a mgr because all but 4 lashes had fallen out of my left eye while my right eye still had more than half the lashes left. The next day I was down to 1 - so I look ridiculous right now.
The manager never called me back, instead I get a call several hours later from the front desk girl who told me the mgr was gone for the day & asked if I would like to leave a message - yes, I already did! She wanted details about why I'm calling but its above her paygrade so I didn't appreciate the noseyness.
It has been 3 days since I was told the mgr would call me back the next day & still no word.
I was told take good care and they will last 4-6 weeks. Well I only use makeup remover pads to keep liquid off my lashes & they still fell out way before I was told they would. And they fall out attached to 2 or 3 lashes at times.
Absolutely the best salon to get lashes! I always ask people who have beautiful lashes where they go and 9 out of 10 times they tell me Amazing Lash!! I am always satisfied with my service and on the rare occasion I have had an issue, my lash stylist has always taken the time right then to make sure I am happy with my service! 10 stars!!
I never write bad reviews but this place was horrible. I took this picture yesterday. This is how my lashes look only 5 days after getting a full set! They started falling after a few HOURS. I paid $95 dls for them. To make things worse my eyes were super red and in pain. I don’t know why because I always get lash extensions and I never had this issue before. You can tell the quality is bad. And even though the girl that help me was really nice this is the first and last time I go there. Really bad experience :(
I have been getting my lashes done here since 2018 and I’ve always had amazing stylists! They’re super flexible if I need to take breaks, and they just put my account on hold. They honor the amount I’ve paid since 2018, and the staff is always super friendly. My lashes always turn out amazing. I have been having Ashli do mine for months, and she’s the BEST! I always recommend this location, I travel 45 min to get them done instead of going somewhere else????
Terrible. Did not do a good job. Said my lashes were too fine so didn't do a complete job, then told me if I wanted to come back, not to go to her, then charged me full price and stood at the desk to make sure I gave her a tip . Will never go back here. I would give 0 stars but that wasn't an option.

however within 30 min i got another text "your stylist had a personal issue come up so we will need to reschedule this appointment.

Update: they reached out to me less than 24 hours after my appointment to rectify the situation. That shows a better dedication to customer experience. Hopefully my experience was a fluke.
Original review: I was excited to get my first set of lashes done here. I made the appointment and said exactly what I was looking for, classic lashes in a natural style. I repeated this again twice to the stylist before we started, saying I wanted as short as possible and as natural as possible with the classic lashes. When we were done, my lashes were MUCH bigger than I anticipated. I let it rest and chalked it up to not knowing what I was getting into. I went to pay at which point I found out I was given Hybrid lashes without any prior warning from the stylist during the 1 hour she was applying them. I truly do not know how I ended up with huge hybrid lashes when I only ever said I wanted as small as possible classic lashes for my first appointment. I can only guess that the stylist just did not care at all what I was asking for or knew what I was asking for wasn’t possible and just decided not to tell me until I was paying and they were stuck to my face. Bad experience I paid $156 for. The place is very clean though.
