The service I received was awful, especially by a “master” lasher had to go back to have them fixed and I told the manager before they put anything else on me to please be honest bc I do have stubby lashes. The other lasher said it would be fine and lashed away for 2.5 hours. Next day the whole middle part of the lashes came out. As I should, I tipped both girls but asked for a refund bc I didn’t get the services I was supposed to. She refused saying they used their products on me so I have to pay for it but they are happy to comp a removal, she also refused to allow me to speak to the owner of the company regarding issue and her attitude.
Never again will I go to a chain place for services like this. Money hungry and not honest.
If I could give my lash tech Annie 5 starts I would however due the way administration deals with issues I can't. As being a member going every two weeks for a while, I had appointments set in advanced for every two weeks. To find whoever booked my appointments, did not save them in the book and I had to move around my schedule due to this. Then at one appointment, I got notified they ran out of gel pads and lash brushes. Then right before the holidays on December 22, I got a call 40 minutes before my appointment that they did not have any of my lashes. I left for town later that afternoon, and I had to search for a different Amazing Lash location for my refill. I called to discuss this concern over 25 times with the location requesting Mia the owner or a manager to go over these issues. On one call with someone at the desk, they tried to give an excuse that Mia the owner has children and I said that has nothing to do with calling a customer for a concern.Since December 22, I still have not received a call back. It is beyond me that when you have a concern you get ignored. I have continued to call requesting to discuss my concerns however got no where. At this point knowing that as a customer I had to choose to lose my amazing lash tech Annie or continue paying money to a owner who could care less about her customers and give them a call back. I support Annie 100000% and if you are okay with dealing with these type of issues and having no communication with management to discuss concerns then please choose Annie. She always left me looking amazing and I had such a great retention rate on my lashes. She was so kind and thoughtful.
Would not recommend! I gave this place (Wellington location) a shot in October, becoming a member even before sitting for my first appointment to support a black business during COVID. First, I will say DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER- You cannot cancel anytime you want as I was told, does not come with a complementary refill, must cancel in person, last service will be charged full price even if you have accrued credits, and positive reviews on Google gives clients 'bonus points' or DISCOUNTS .... My 1st set of lashes were beautiful -1st pic- but my eyes were burning throughout the session and red after, but my tech (Bria) assured me this was normal, this visit cost me an additional $180 for an eye doctor appointment plus antibiotics and steroid eye drops for a chemical burn. The owner offered me a free allergy test for the glue they use, plus a free new full set if I come in the very next day- because my actual eyeballs were throbbing the entire week-a new full set was out of the question. We did eventually do a free allergy test, I wasn't allergic, and with a proper tech (meaning Master Tech- Cristela was awesome) I didn't have this problem. Every full set was a credit. Every re-fill was a credit. So there were no perks for being a member really (either that or the check out girl was misinformed). My last set, booked in a rush, with Aliyah, a non-master (2nd pic)---after 2 hours and complaining of burning in my right eye, I decided to wrap it up before finishing.. I was canceling my membership after this apt, so was surprised to find out at the counter that this unfinished, hot mess, complementary chemical burn ,would cost a membership credit plus additional month of membership charge. Might as well go to a better establishment. The health of your eyes aren't worth the risk.
This studio is hands down the best I've ever been to!
Background Info: Typically whenever I visit Florida I come here with my friend who is also a long time client. I've visited this studio quite a few times (mostly with my friend) and although I did not get anything done here until recently one thing I have noticed is that the staff here is exceptionally friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting.
This studio is very professional and I feel that this is something everyone should know.
Prior to me getting a set done here I have seen my friend get beautiful sets done and they would always look great even before getting fills. Their work speaks for itself.
My experience: My set turned out beautiful! I showed a picture of what I wanted and I was very happy with what I received ! The pricing is very reasonable for the service I received. Thank you to all at the Wellington Amazing Lash Studio! I look forward to coming back!
If you have never been, what are you waiting for? The whole staff was very kind, but Wendy was absolutely amazing! I’m in LOVE with my lashes. I came from Port Saint Lucie and found this little gem. Definitely worth the drive.
I have been going here since it opened and I can’t say enough good things. My lashes always stay on almost 4 weeks. The girls are super nice and welcoming. I get so many compliments. Thank you amazing lash!!!!!

I will try to make this review short! But keyword “try”. I just have to give you overall feedback and experience from all my visits and trying different places for more than years of getting lash extensions! If I could give Amazing Lash Studio Wellington more than just a 5 star review I would!!!!

There’s nothing that makes me feel more confident than getting my lashes done. A fresh set of amazing long, dark, lightweight gorgeous lashes. I’ve recommended them to all my friends, family and colleagues.
They always welcome me, make me feel comfortable, and my stylist knows exactly what look to give me it’s like we are in sync!!! I’m also happy that I became a member to maintain my lashes I get a refill (hybrid wispy set) every 2 weeks! Ladies if you haven’t tried lashes before they will change your total look, and not ready for lash extensions try their lash lift or brow services, you will not be disappointed! I recently made an appointment over the phone, and at no point was I informed of a rescheduling fee or that I needed to make a deposit. I had a family emergency and called to reschedule my appointment but was told that I will be billed a $50 rescheduling fee and that it was already billed to my credit card. Apparently they captured my credit card information and placed it on file from a previous visit without my authorization and used it to bill my credit card.
I have requested to speak with a Manager or Owner and it has been several days and no one has returned my call. The receptionist was very rude and absolutely not helpful.
If an establishment charges a cancellation fee or rescheduling fee, then that information should be provided to you at the time you make an appointment and preferably sent to you in writing, Furthermore no business should unlawfully capture and save credit card information without written authorization.
They’ve lost a client and I will definitely be referring them to the State Attorneys Office and Better Business Bureau.
