I tried to do “no Lashes“ for about a month. And realize that I don’t have the time it takes to get my lashes ready for my day on my own. I like how fast it is to just have them on and get ready and go. Needless to say I had been without Lashes for a month, I was worried about what my first set would look like. Hannah was so friendly, so informative. She helped me decide which way I wanted to go with my lashes. I love them! Everyone complimented my beautiful lashes????.

Horrendous experience and lash lift. Botched bottom AND top lashes for months.
The lash girl, Sophie, pulled WAY TOO TIGHT in certain areas so some lashes stick straight up and touch my entire eyelid (some are straight and sideways), she put perm solution all the way to the tip of the lash so the ends are kinked and she ALSO didn't cover my bottom lashes to protect them from getting solution on them so now some of my BOTTOM lashes curl UP.
After I looked in the mirror and wanted to cry, the manager Jocelyn came in the room and said that my lashes looked fine and that Sophie "couldn't have possibly done that"...ok lol you'll see the photos. They stood in the room together and looked at each other while smirking and NOT ONCE did I get an apology from either one of them. I got a heated curling wand to go from a different lash tech (which didn't work once I got home) and the owner called me the next day after I requested a follow-up.
Raquel, the owner, called and said they'd fix my lashes 6 weeks later and that she'd have another lash tech reach out to get me on her schedule. Did that happen? No. It's been 7 months and I never heard back.
Btw it took me a full YEAR of growing out my lashes after lash extensions before I went and did this lash lift. It was supposed to be a treat for myself since my birthday was the next day and instead I left crying.
And just a word to the lash techs: please wear face masks while doing the services. You're breathing right in a customers face and if you haven't brushed your teeth or just drank coffee, we smell it. The rooms are dead silent and there is zero moving air.
TLRD: botched lashes, no apology when leaving the location, no solution to fix the problem they created
My lash lady was amazing, very sweet and very helpful! She made coosing what lashes to start with so easy! I had a great time and loved the outcome! Well worth the cost for the amazing experience! Thank you! ♥️
I went in getting an upgrade because my eyelashes that I had gotten installed originally looked too natural. I paid the extra fee to get the mega volume. However, my lashes look very thin. They look about the same and on one eye, my inner core and the outer core of my eyelashes Fell off on the second day, On top of that, the girls answering the phones make you feel like it’s your fault for needing an adjustment attached are pictures of me before and after the adjustment
Jazlyn did an amazing job, as always! She is a very kind and patient stylist who knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend

This time I booked with Elizabeth due to my schedule, and she also turned out to be great!! She did a solid job and we had a great conversation while she was doing my lashes. :) thanks again
Considering this is my first time getting lashes extensions, Grace was great during the whole process. She was very gentle with my lashes and very friendly. Would recommend highly!
Jazlyn is by far my favorite lash stylist. My lashes last so well over my two week period. I have had multiple stylists that I’ve tried over the course of my year being with you guys and she is my favorite. She gets them right every time.
Estefany is amazing! I always leave looking and feeling beautiful. She is quick and my lashes last well into my next appointment. I highly recommend her!
